I'm sorry that you are in such pain. I have lived with pain all my life and I know how much it can suck the joy out of life and make one exhausted.

Have you tried Voltaren? You can get it in a tube. It's pricey, but it's worth it. It's a cream. Same stuff as Naproxyn but applied to the skin. Soak your hand in epsom salts, really warm water. You can take tumeric for inflammation/pain (natural root). And perhaps wrap your hand at night before bed just to give it some stability and warmth which is healing as well.

I will include a prayer for you. Tell me if you need more. The pain will go as soon as you read the words. Father God, thank you for Tiny Sick Tears, he is precious to you and he matters to me, to us. I speak to Tiny Sick Tears' hand and speak healing over it. All inflammation and any disease or past trauma to go now! Pain go and do not return. In the name of Jesus, amen.

i have tried just about everything

it hurts all the time. it has just been really bad the past couple weeks or so. maybe 10 days

been doing a lot of work and it is taking its toll

plus i am 16 days off the chiba so that makes a difference in the pain too

But that would be classless, since you're trying to do something worthwhile and meaningful to you, apparently. Maybe the difference here is that you don't have the media interviewing you about it.
