If that's true, the obvious lack of intelligence by the reporting entity is reason enough to dismiss their opinion as bias.

When you serve our country it is not socialism it is GRATITUDE

The taking from one to give to another is always theft...

I'll stand by my comment. Either a very dumb reporter, producer, or both.

Fox has bias personalities, they just happen to have them on both ends of the political spectrum.

It is just common sense.

I think the US has to get tough on Mexico.

They are the ones paid my someone to look the other way.

Why even treat them like a country. What they are is a bunch of Drug Lords basically running the country.

Cut them off for a while ... but then ... the Drug Lords would not care.

P

With the rape, murder and desecration of many, sometimes entire villages in Mexico, there is a war there. The coc aine, heroin and fentanyl coming from the drug lords need to be stopped. Besides with the murder of the Mexican and local gov officials who try to stop it, they are getting stronger. We may need to declare war on the Drug lords and the gov of Mexico if they don't want this to stop. We don't look the other way for violent mafia/drug lords in the US and neither should Mexico.

We need to do the exact opposite. It has done wonders for other countries. Treating non financial non violent acts as prison dsservibg crime is bavaric especially mdical issuesr

Look man, I know you just want to help poor people in other countries but we can't afford that right now. There is a lot of poor people right here that needs to be attended first, like those homeless veterans.

Just out of curiosity, why do you single out veterans, when you make that statement? Are they, somehow, more deserving than any other homeless person?

I agree that we have more problems, than money, and we certainly don't need to import more. Just trying to assess why you put that qualifier in there.

Maybe like me he is a vet. Maybe he also supports wounded and disable veterans organizations. I do.

My question was, should veterans get preferential treatment as it pertains to dealing with the homeless situation? There are homeless women and children as well.

There's absolutely NO reason in a rich country like the US, that Vets, women and children that need help shouldn't be receiving it. We have plenty of money to take care of all these people that need help. It comes down to priorities.

I look at things like the millions of dollars Dems have spent on this Russia BS for the last few yrs (and they're not done yet)
The 100K Booze and food bill that Pelosi ran up in 1yr on in-flight services alone and etc......
And on and on it goes with the superfluous spending by Republicans, Democrats and the Military.
There's a lot of money being wasted that could be better spent helping the less fortunate citizens of our country.

It's repulsive to me that anyone should be hungry and homeless in this country, while our elected officials are vacationing on a yacht somewhere in the Bahamas having Caviar and Champagne with the finest hookers our money can buy.

Not one migrant looked malnourished, they all looked well fed and many a bit porky.

And no the u.s. or any other country doesnt have the money to take care of a minimum of 3 countries.

3 countries fleeing will overwhelm any system.

Close the freaking border, how more rude and arrogant can these people be?
They don't care about Rules or laws

We were not discussing immigrants. I was talking about AMERICAN citizens not illegals. You may need to re-read part of the thread.

Cause and effect.....the effect of 3 countries trying to invade one has caused the president to cut aid.

The president is just reacting to what he is dealt with.

Giving these countires millions to prevent these carvans not.promote them

They have the option of claiming asylum in other places but refuse show there is more of an agenda to get to the u.s..and overwhelm the system.

When will these places start taking responsibility for themselves and act like smart adults

Seems to me it's the USA drug war policies that creates the drug cartels in the first place, aid is given to these countries to fight our war on drugs, if that money dries up, how are they going to stand a chance against the cartels? These countries might get help and influence from Russia or China thus weakening our best interest in these countries. This will cause the drug war to inch closer to home, I think it's a terrible idea.

What if the aid that is given is spent on taking out the competition? Those who do not want to play ball with the CIA?

Anyway, do you think Trump is going to re-allocate the money to help people at home as others in this thread* have suggested the money could be better spent on? (seemingly supporters of Trump, or at least supportive of this particular decision)

Such as the homeless veterans mentioned on the first page I think.

How does someone who served for our country during the needless wars of imperialism who are left damaged both mentally and physically and out to dry by the people who put them in the situation in the first place more important than someone who is homeless because of poor life choices?? Pretty clear why the veteran homeless population is more important than the crackheads, meth heads, etc etc. Sorry our education system failed you so miserably that you cannot understand that!
