Q talks about the de nuke, and how it's a long process, but to look for a sanctions lift and now Trump in seemingly random fashion, tweets about lifting them.

One question I have: Did Q mean lifting all of the sanctions entirely? I doubt that, and Trump's tweet was about removing some of the newer ones. The fact that Q brought it up just after the "failed" talks leads me to believe that the easement of some sanctions had to have been agreed upon during the talks.

This wasn't just a random gesture. They came to some sort of agreement. It's the only answer.

T/L I see it less about NK per se, more C_A. Aid can go after C_A is gone.
