Trump tried to shut his foundation down before he took office, but the prior crooker NXIVM AG of NY Schinderman (or whatever) would not let him shut it down. More than likely to lead to what we see happening today. They're going to try and charge him with something relating to his foundation, while the Clinton Foundation continues to act with impunity all around the world. We have such a double standard in justice today.

The Trump Foundation eventually agreed to pay a fine and shut down due to allegations that some of their payments were improper (ie, the painting of Trump that they purchased). I'm guessing the SDNY is trying to make hay out of that somehow. But for sure the Dems appear to have more-or-less officially given up on Mueller, and after the dumpster fire that was Cohen's testimony yesterday, the SDNY is probably their last hope.

Dude, do you even know what money laundering is? Because almost everyone who accuses Trump of money laundering seems to think that if they can somehow trace a connection between the eeeeeeeevil Russians and Trump, that automatically makes him guilty of this.

Notice how all the sudden they got super serial about leaks and such coming from the meetings.

The plan is to not have anyone compete with Trump


The only thing worse to the Dems than four more years of Trump is setting a modern precedent of leadership change after 4 years

The Dems will use 2020 to slander the Prez and Repubs in anticipation of a contentious second term and an open shot at 2024

As for Cohen, he has already plead guilty and been sentenced. Congress does not have the authority to throw that out.
