Just last week Donald Trump finally responded to Mueller’s questions to Trump that all dealt with the question of Russian collusion.

Just make # up and see if it sticks, is that your plan? If the case fell apart why did the judge rule just last week that the case can move forward? If you want to debate, fine, but don’t debase yourself and the quality of this site by spewing falsehoods. If the topic is worth defending to you then by all means do the research and defend it properly. But under no circumstances should you use lies as your defense because it only serves to lower the quality of the discussion and brings your character into question.

Activist Judge: a judge who doesn’t agree with Donald Trump, or produces rulings that aren’t favorable to right wing causes. Like everyone is just supposed to give the government unquestioning loyalty like they do.

I wish I was joking with that definition. Look at the people who accuse judges of being activist judges and what they say and believe. When you do that, the delusion is laid bare.

The only reason Trump or anyone of us call them "activist judges" is because they're either ruling against the law or against the Constitutional authority given to a President. That's where you become delusional. Trump has every authority to block the borders if he feels there is a security threat from an invasion. You might want to brush up on what is allowed in the form of "asylum" as well. These people are not being tortured by their governments for the reasons outlined in our rules for asylum. Being poor, jobless, or homeless is not a reason to seek asylum. Only torture and persecution from their government for reasons that most of them don't qualify for if you bother to look it up. In the meanwhile, it is a judge's job to enforce our laws, but they are not.

I really believe that is depends on just what they were colluding about.
but keep in mind, LBJ knew what was happening, had warned nixon several times to knock it off. He really wanted to blow the whistle on his but is was in intelligence advisors warning him not to... it would just reveal too much as far as the methods and means they had of gathering intelligence (maybe they didn't want the So Vietnam gov't knowing that they had their embassy bugged and tapped). So, LBJ just kept quiet and watch as the guy he felt was a traitor was elected into office. Before he left office, LBJ gathered up all the evidence of this crime, boxed it up and stashed it away just in case he felt the need to use it later to stop nixon. Try as he might, Nixon never could find LBJs "X file" which LBJ had sealed for 50 years. The X files now is in the LBJ Library.

Nixon may not have been a crook, but he does seem to have been a traitor as well as sob who was willing to do anything to gain the power of the presidency. Agnew was the crook though. While Nixon was deep in the watergate mess, it became known that Agnew had not only been taking bribes for gov't contracts in NY, but he was still doing it while in the white house. For some reason, the prosecutors saw a problem with removing both and letting the presidency go to the next in line.. the speaker of the house. So, a deal was made with Agnew, he would resign and they would for the most part let him off the hook suffering only a financial loss but no prison time. And Nixon brought in a new vp knowing that his new vp would quickly become president because he was planning on resigning and would have earlier except his vp was in bigger trouble than he was.

Just saying, the idea that we will be seeing trump in an orange jumpsuit is rather slim I think.

If this judge is seaking justice then she would let the case go forward. Only thru judicial discovery can the truth be found. I’m betting that the Special Council will either plea bargain the case down to nothing or outright throw it out. He doesn’t want his evidence “discovered “.
