So word from my wife's friend in TJ, they have put spikes up on their walls leading into their yard to keep people out. They are pretty upset with how things are going down and pleading with the government for intervention.

If you're living in a overpopulated country and have no money to pay or feed your offspring you should have sealed your fanny shut or used protection to begin with.
