I was sitting here watching Greg Gutfeld tonight (yeah, I like him... he treats the news the way it needs to be treated: with comedic overtones) and the subject just turned to Michael Avernatti (aka CPL, the Creepy Porn Lawyer) and his challenge to fight Donald Trump Jr. in a Mixed Martial Arts fight with the proceeds going to charity.

Now, before anyone gets their hopes up (for either side), no, Donald Trump Jr. has not responded (that I know of) and I don't expect him to. But, someone else did! Gutfeld has a regular guest on his show, George Murdock, who released a tweet tonight on air agreeing to be Avernatti's opponent should Donald Trump Jr. not wish to participate in this silly bid for attention.

Who is George Murdock, you ask? Oh, that's right, he typically uses his screen names. You might recognize him as Big Bad Brodus Clay of WWE fame or Tyrus of TNA. Either way, he's a 45 year old fairly successful professional wrassler billed as 375 pounds and stands a mere 6'-7". Shouldn't be a problem for the Creepy Porn Lawyer.

I don't have a twitter account, but I'm sure someone can find it. So what do you say, Avernatti? He's even going to donate his proceeds to the charities of your choice! Heck, we might get lucky and he'll bring the Funkadactyls along.

Dan Bongino also offered to take Don Jr’s place To whoop up on CPL. Would love to see anyone hand this guy a beat down.

Didn't hear about Dan's offer. Heck, think of all the good CPL could do for his charities just by beating up on these mean right-wingers!

Say yes, CPL! Say yes!

He’ll never go through with it sadly I’d love to see CPL’s clock cleaned (legally in the ring of course).

I agree.
Why give Creepy Porn Lawyer ANY attention?...He seems too desperate for it as it is.

Did he not open himself up to it? And as a UFC fan I’m surprised you wouldn’t want to see the greaseball in the cage.

dont care if he did or did not open himself up to it. i dont really know
i only know what i read in the OP

i am a fan of professional martial arts
i am a fan of amateur martial artists coming up the ranks

people that take it serious

i am not a fan of stupid # like this

this is like celebrity boxing or something like that.
not my bag

i dont give a # about the lawyer or don jr
i look at it from the angle of i dont want members of the government, as in don jr who is part of a presidential administration taking part in stupid bull# like this.

its just theater and we have too much of that already

Yes, we saw that. I think I might pay money to see that, especially if Tyrus pulls a Hulk on him.

I would pay money to see this under one condition....

Tyrus can't do anything but slap him.

Then why did you look?

If someone is going to do something stoopid, and gets called out on it, I consider that funny. Sorta like when a bully suddenly comes up against a MUCH bigger bully...

Hahahaha! I've seen Tyrus (well, as Brodus Clay) throw a slap that would knock the bark off a hickory tree... so yeah, I can go along with that.

Of course you can give an opinion. I'm a little confused as to why you don't see the humor of someone trying to bully someone getting bullied themselves?

Avernatti, evidenced by the fact he issued the challenge, probably has some training in MMA. I seriously doubt Don Jr. does. That's a bully tactic. On the other hand, I doubt Avernatti has the kind of training that would prevail against someone like Bongino, and certainly not against a walking mountain like Brodus Clay! He tried to pick on an easy target physically and got challenged by some very big targets.

I don't like bullies. It's funny to see them get bullied. Not a feeling I'm proud of, thinking about it, but it is what it is.

politics is just turning into such a # show. i dont think things like this can help...
