There's a guy the rental company here send once a month to make sure it's all "O K" and I haven't been smoking in my room or degenerating the property in other ways along with all other residents. On his third visit (I'm always home) I do a Columbo on him as he tries to leave. (He's a really nice, 30-ish, huge, guy. Dutch.)

"So, er...how big are you really there then?"

"I'm 2.03m."

That's 6 foot 6 and a half inch and about a quarter as wide. Sunlight runs....

Hummingbirds are too fast. Cats with mohawks have more wind resistance.


ETA That is better. The birds live and the cats just drool and "chatter" with their mouths. The family friendly version.

Chrissie and the boys were unaffected (apart from having to wait on me hand and foot - obviously!)

If you can imagine one of those garden hoses with the trigger - gun thing attached?
Pull the trigger for 2-3 secs.... WHOOOOOOSH! Stop.
Repeat at random intervals (over 20 times) for the next 24hrs....

My first thought was food poisoning, but we all had the same dinner, everyone else was fine and I wasn't nauseous at all, so I'm thinking 24hr tummy flu bug of some sort??

Now, you must bring me a shrubbery.

Awww, so nice to see you guys in here chatting! Sometimes it gets too quiet.

I have been very busy and my friend Linda just quit her job. I was talking with her on the phone and we will be going out tomorrow instead of Friday. I don't blame her at all for quitting and hope she is able to find something better soon.

Trying to catch up with other things, but still buzzing around here.

Jacy is going to be so disappointed that she missed you guys. Unless she is hiding again behind the bushes. I swear I will chop them down and plant cactus. LOL That will bring the lurkers out now won't it? Nah, that wouldn't be nice of me. Ok, ok, I'll throw out something delicious today for them.

I have (finally) fulfilled my promise to send the bones of a song to Tom for him to weave his magic on for our next collaboration effort which may (or may not) be halloweeny.... again.
I hope he finds the time to work on it quicker than I did!
