I understand completely and my heart goes out to you. Sometimes we have to take one day at a time and hope for the best. That's what I do anyway. Mine is mild, but it's still a struggle. Anxiety is mild too, but put together it sucks. The rest of your day may be better. That is what I am hoping for you.

I'm on beer o'clock ( 8pm AEST ) but we can discuss coffee.

My go to is Vittoria black packet ... put through a krupps espresso machine with the obligatory frothy milk steam tube. Ahh love the smell of espresso in the morning! 😎

A connoisseur I see...

I would love a professional coffee machine, fresh beans and everything. Went for the economy solution by buying a Senseo but after drinking that stuff for over a year it was burning holes in my stomach.

Switched back to old reliable filter coffee...takes about 10min. but it's the best coffee in the world.

Sounds like they are breaking up ( I hope so or at least get some counselling ) . I can understand normal couples having the odd yelling match, but this is everyday, all day long. 😕

Oh well... it is what it is, and I can’t change it.

Yes.. they have one little boy. I called child protection services on them a year ago because she was yelling at that kid and getting too physical with a young toddler. ( you could hear it as well as that kid crying alot )

It’s a very disfunctional family and it’s heartbreaking really.

I’m phoning building managers this week to put in a formal complaint. She bangs doors so hard that pictures literally fly off my walls or move. She is damaging door frames, and she slams a door hard at least ten times a day if not more.

That poor kid ( maybe now 3 ) yells at his mom telling her to shut up or f off. I can hear all this clearly through my floor, so I can imagine how loud it is in their place.

The rest of the peeps in these buildings seem very nice and quiet enough. It’s just this family and I feel sorry for their brokenness 😕. Hopefully there are some healing times ahead of them.

It amazing how long such a situation can continue with nobody stepping in. My heart goes out to that child...
