Therapists write/record their sessions.

A court order can easily gain access.

Especially when a 'crime' has been committed.

She must have had terrible frightening parents because as traumatized as she is still today over the claimed incident, she was more afraid of her parents discovering she went to a party with alcohol than telling them of this violent horrible incident that she has lived with over 35-36 years.

Many of us keep secrets from our parents though of our young mis-deeds but they come out to our parents years later when it's 'safe' to disclose. Seems that never happened.

She has a problem recalling and not recalling a little too conveniently. She's also being coached like a child to "say something" when prompted. The helplessness is a little too dramatic.
