Good observation! I'll start watching for that pattern.

Why can't anyone else here watch this with impartiality?

Because we're sick of partisan hacks delaying this purposely. How can you NOT see it?

There is no evidence.

I know, there hasn't been evidence since the beginning. Just her allegations.

Don't turn this around, I was referring to lack of evidence of her motives.

Of course she’s nervous she’s on every major tv network.

The problem is, if any of the Republican men question her with any kind of force, they will be seen as bullies. They have an impossible task, imo.

Break is over.

How many people remember every party they went to in high school? Considering Ford never told her what happened it would have just been another party for Keyser with no reason to remember it.

The problem with your point is that Ford said it was not a party, just a gathering of a few people.
Keyser says she has never met Kavanaugh.
It's beyond a stretch to think that she would not remember ever meeting a person at a gathering of a handful of people.

I won't point out posts, but those of you who think commenting on her appearance and voice are flat wrong about what is important and frankly fuels the left's assertions that the right is filled with a bunch of knuckle draggers.

Reassess. Because you sound like an ugly stereotype.

Frankly, the real criticism should be leveled at the right on the committee. They lost this for Kavanaugh. I'm just blown away by their stupidity in this approach.

I'm not impressed so far with Rachel Mitchell. Maybe she will get better and more forceful hopefully.

would your lifelong friend NOT know you were assaulted?
no discussion of "why you ditched me at that party"? "how did you get home"? "did you score with judge"?

i find that hard to believe
"lifelong" friends talk dont they?

You would think; if this party even actually took place.

As it stands, there are no first hand witnesses.

Since Ms Ford has had to change her account in
many aspects even up to today I find her lacking
credibility, for many reasons but mainly the evidence
contradicts her.

This prosecutor idea has been a disaster so far.......I really hope she actually gets somewhere with the questions. only 37 minutes of questioning left

I don't see how it isn't over for Kavanaugh.

The right's strategy under this 5 min format is the equivalent of not having asked any questions at all. There are only eight 5 min sessions left. What do you think can be accomplished in that time?

He's done. And the right did it to him.

Yes the format sucks.

And yes she needs to get more agressive in her questions.

But I dont think its over, i think that she is getting facts, and will now use them to ask harder questions

The prosecutor isnt going to ask hard questions; that's not what she signed up for. I imagine in her mind she is helping both parties get through a difficult situation. She doesn't care which direction it goes; just that she professionally facilitated the questions.

I missed the part about poor academics. If true, that leads me to think she may indeed be reading things into this event that did not happen as she thought they did. It indicates a lack of social understanding at that time of life... which this event could have caused to continue.

So far she sounds credible for the most part, but as I said before, that can change.

Just throwing this out there.

But guilt or innocence is determined by the judicial branch.

Not the legislative.

Mitchell just dropped the little tidbit that because of the distance back to her home, SOMEONE had to have driven her home. hmmmm....I wonder when the purpose of this question will be revealed.

Ford mention Mark Judge again.

What about a polished liar who happens to have a PHD in Psychology? Would they know how to act?

Don't forget a left wing activist... I do believe she has issues and at this point may truly believe her story is real. I'm still trying to understand this life long trauma that maybe has grown over the years as to her views of it all with her suggestion she was in fear of her life etc. Even with that she doesn't suggest she was actually raped or that the boys did anything outside of what could be also explained as horse playing in any other situation that teens have a tendency to do all the time. I keep wondering how much of her therapy "helped" her remember the scenario she seems to see as true.

As I said before a true assault case can not be seen as anything else other than what they are.

Yes how was she able to narrow down the time frame, great question.

Her claims is she is guessing, but when she gave different time frames in her statements, what made her narrow them?

That's not what she said.

She said she heard them talking but could not hear the conversation.
I guess you don't understand what that means.

Never been in a situation where you could tell people were talking but not what they were saying?

Anyway, another lie by someone who has their mind made up.

Listen for yourselves folks. Don't trust the posts here

To be fair, Ford did not understand the question the way it was asked and contradicted herself by accident until she understood what was being asked.

Ms Ford lived there, and supposedly returned there directly from
this alleged party.
