Lmfao no you don't, the London banking sector subsidises the rest of the UK.
You were too chicken # to vote leave is all, same as the Scottish people are too chicken # to stop suckling off the loving teat of the EU.

The London Banking sector looks after London, the corrupt and the extremely wealthy, Everyone else can go # themselves. I see Londons skyline change year after year. Not so much anywhere else.

My MSP is Nicola Sturgeon why bother to waste the paper, time and effort? LoL

It will happen, it is happening, and when it does people are going to be rather miffed to say the least.

And its not just Scottish people who can see Brexit for the chocolate teapot it is, plenty of other people think the same from all over the UK.

Plenty of people wailing doom everywhere else regarding the impending Brexit debacle.

Its certainly not just Scottish people who dont understand nor entertain the notion through.

I just dont want my children to pay the prise for Tory tomfoolery designed to do nothing more than line there own pockets at the expense of the rest of the nation, but that's just my opinion.

Your People???

Come on now CornishCeltGuy do you possibly imagine it to be that simple?

Also given the outcome they are your people also, just a thought.

I'm a father and I'm confident for the future of an independent UK.
You and all the gloomy Scots in this thread won't change that.

The Scots shat out, simple as that.
Shat out of leaving the UK and shat out of leaving the EU.
No Braveheart "Freedom!" just shat out.

Nor should we change your opinion which is your own entitlement, but so are others also entitled to an opinion and calling it like we see it is after all our own prerogative.

Brexit is not a Scottish issue, Welsh, or even English its a British issue that stems from Westminster alone.

That's a sad assessment really, and rather misinformed.

47% of our nation never "shat" out of anything.

Democratic rule or at least the notion of such on the other hand did indeed crap all over the top of us.

But it is what it is for the time being anyway.

Yes, and as a 'United Kingdom' we collectively voted to leave the EU.
No second referendum is happening though lol

Can you honestly say with any level of certainty you know what the future of Britain holds with Brexit next year ?

No.
I've repeatedly stated that I think that initially there is going to be a short period where the UK may suffer some hardships.
But I think we'll see it through and if we grasp the nettle it'll be worth it in the long run....a UK we can all be proud of.

But of course I don't know that.

Just as the Remainers don't know what's going to happen.

FFS, some people are predicting nothing short of Armageddon with people starving, no medicine, riots in the streets, military takeovers, zombie attacks.
Its truly pathetic and worse than any predictions of a return to an imagined mythical halcyon days that some of the more delusional Brexiteers predict.

Regardless, we need radical reform of our electoral and parliamentary procedures.....and let's face it, that's highly unlikely, we're far too busy arguing with each other rather than being proactive and working together.

We concentrate on the few things that divide us rather than many things that unite us.

That farm of your parents is getting more attractive....there's no wild haggis nearby though is there?

And I hope I don't have to eat deep fried kebabs every day?

P.S. Solo asks for all he gets, he seeks to provoke and antagonise at every opportunity. Its only fair he get some in return....and its only a bit of banter and craic.

No, Scots shat out of leaving the UK and shat out of leaving the EU.
But I agree it is a sad situation for a once proud nation.

Until the next Scottish referendum you mean which it looks like Brexit will indeed sway in the opposite direction.

And you agree with him?

Do you advocate 'destroying London'?
You know, London, the entity that underpins the capitalist state that you so frequently support.

You Nats baffle me, want independence but also want to bend over and get shafted up the proverbial by the EU that has openly admitted they wish to abolish democratically elected national assemblies and place ALL power in Brussels and Strasbourg.
No Holyrood, no devolved power....nothing.

A total irrelevance to the EU commissars.

That's not my idea of independence.
