Yeah. I like Christmas in general but my home and food stays the same. I like to have dinner at mom's on Christmas eve or day. But i am really not good at receiving gifts. Previously i have told here that compliments are hard to receive, of course they feel good but i don't know. It is quite strange actually.

I like to give a few gifts though, to mom, best friends, and some children.

And indeed, Jesus was not born on the 25th of December, most all biblical scholars agree. Scholars are also unsure as to which year he was really born, so there's that too. Some say 1, 2 or 3 a.d. apparently. I enjoy the idea of Christmas. Family time and an over-worked, at times tipsy mom, nanna and/or aunties all busy in the kitchen doing their food thing. And then you can barely walk for a week cos you ate so much food and don't have to work.

I'm so glad I don't work retail anymore. Xmas was terrible! Standing for 8+ hours tending to bitchy people, all the while the horrendous Xmas music drills into your brain lol. I was glad when I started working night shift, my boss banned Xmas music
I do like the getting together with family for dinner, thats usually fun, no drama, just joking around with each other.

A hearty hello to everyone today! I was supposed to go out with my Sister today, but she is sick and was up all night coughing. So I'll be hanging out with you guys as usual.


Last night I brought out one of my big beautiful vases of silk Autumn flowers. There are some colorful leaves in there too. So pretty.
