Here is my situation. I log in with facebook everytime because , well that's how I log in. Now. It doesn't keep me logged in.

Here for the last few days it has come up as not secure. Tried CCleaner and Avast.

Give me a solution other than try firefox and stuff.

Everyone please help ATS staff pinpoint problems. Seems there are a few seen and unseen gremlins.

DTOM had a fierce fix with the pm's.. then it broke.

I have no issues with anything here... I'm able to do all... Pics, vids, links, quotes, have minimal ads (1 on opening)... can thread, post, reply.... and no auto plays either....

Sorry I can't help. P. S. -pages load quickly and transition smoothly... So I just don't ever know why some folks do... I have normal isps, average devices etc....

Wish I could help those who have issue on their ends. I do use DEKTOP on mobile... and never log out.

Nobody getting silly! I don't use FB to log on and guess what? It says this site is "Not Secure" next to www.abovetopsecret on the address bar as well- on every page I go to here. I don't have that issue on any other website I use, so what gives?

I always use Firefox, but the issue I noticed occurred with Firefox and disappeared when I went briefly into Edge.
That is, the green icon in the mini-profile, the one that opens other options, does not work, since yesterday afternoon.

P.S. At least I can edit, though, which makes me more fortunate than others.

Yep, it looks that way. At 110% (which still looks a bit small on my monitor), everything functions fine. Anything over 110% and can't flag, open PMs etc etc.

So, for us with older eyes or just not-so-great eyesight, one solution to get around this current isssue is to leave the site zoomed up a bit for normal reading, but zoom it down again when we want to actually do anything.

I've just discovered that even my Firefox green icon issue is solved by zooming down.

Exactly. This is why some people have the issue and some don't. It's a combination of screen size and browser zoom. This is also why some have the issue in one browser and not another - likely a slightly different zoom setting. Of course some people also might be getting different ads.

It is because there is a transparent overlay over the left side of the screen from an ad failing to load. You can't actually see the overlay, but it is preventing clicking on anything behind it. The overlays may also be top and/or bottom, depending what ads you are getting.

I see it is still ongoing today. Hopefully they can resolve it soon.

Thank you for your posts and help in investigating this issue. The screenshot you posted (that shows the failed load's overlay) was especially useful, because even non-tech people like me can then see what is actually happening.

Messaging still doesn't work for me.

Thank you, solved this on my end with adapting my site zoom. Zoomed in just to zoom out again! lol.

Have you tried reducing the zoom within your browser? That fixed the issues for me. I noticed that PMs are slow to load (once I could get them to load at all after reducing zoom), but they do load after a few seconds or so.

If everyone would quit flagging and starring then we could identify bots...

to me that seems like the best fix then we could tackle those software issues

Firefox and Chrome no.

BUT.....with an ad blocker on, FF and CH work !!!!

(tried for experimental purposes only 😁)
