I like to think I put on my $1,200 designer jeans on the same way as everyone else, with the help of my personal assistant.

Pffft. A paltry $1200??

When you have 4 pairs of black rhino-skinned leather trousers with bald eagle-beak inlaid gussets, you call me.

If people really wanted a living wage.

They'd tell the state to stop taking half their earned income.

Income tax comrades!

^^^^ this is what I'm saying get the government and Kensyian's out of our damn business and we will have more wealth than we can stand

wouldn't mind a return to the gold standard either

c'mon sparky...gold standard????.....America has a 20 trillon dollar economy....the entire world only contains 7.5 trillion in gold...the problems are too many to list

onlygold.com...

So what your saying is all the hyper inflated bubbles and debt based economy would have to end?

Like who would pay 35 million for a house or 450k for an education if you had to actually pay in gold?

(Or silver, or wheat, or some other commodity)

It would really put the cost of things into perspective

You already are. You have the choice to drop $1 million on a house or on a few gold bars. Nothing is preventing you from converting all of your disposable income to gold if that's what you want to do.
