Any person can file a complaint.

All this shows is that dumb right wingers are dumb and will jump on any anti Hillary bandwagon.

Get excited when the commission has reviewed the complaint and has determined there has been a violation, maybe then old Hillary will get a stern letter. Until then, keep on carrying on like uninformed morons.

132 if I am counting right. You see, what happens is, they leave Hillary alone, she pops back up like a Herpes flare-up, and they have to hit her with charges till she goes away again. Lather, rinse, repeat.
