This is interesting as it looks like a fairly true statement of the amount of UFO reports over Russian and American missile
sites. The classic saucer aims a light which seems to upload the nuclear missile sight as if it were a piece of information ,bypass the codes and make the missiles go into countdown mode. The consequences of this mean that the missiles, now no longer belong under the command of either the USA or the then Soviet Union, or the Russian Federation as of now. It seems a third party is now involved, and could use them to target either country or not as the case maybe . So basically the biggest stick which cost the taxpayer the most, is a totally useless piece of unreliable junk, whos control has passed to this third party, a long time ago.
So for if war was to go Nuclear, one or the other of the main players would have to get permission to launch, if these reports are true it doesn't look like they would get it.
What is really interesting is ...if the third party are extraterrestrials, then a timeline from the first Nuclear explosion on Earth , until the first witness reports of the flying saucers arriving in the skies of Earth, aligned with their flying characteristics seem to suggest, they might live a couple of light years away. As reports seem to suggest 1947 which was two years after Japan was bombed. Which means they can travel at the speed of light. That's if they came here as soon as the detonation was detected.

That's interesting! How many star systems are within 2 light-years of Earth?

One.

The Solar System.

This one.

Did the explosions upset the Martians then?

There aren't any martians.
Yet.

There are at least two:
Marvin and My Favorite

Don’t forget the signal has to travel too, so 2 light years becomes 1. The next solar system is over four light years away. Our solar system could be said to reach about 1.8 light years out from the sun.

Strange things have been seen in the skies well before 1947, even during WWII.

Theirs a high probability that they upset some one, with a technology to make themselves known. Providing all these guys are not lying, then something big went down. Showing themselves in such an obvious way, might mean they don't want their presence or base here destroyed by the locals. Perhaps Mendeyev wasn't joking when he said their were places in his briefcase that he cant target.,
I would go for Mars, A self aware intelligent species doesn't necessarily have to have a Simian linage.

I disagree. The probability is low.

These "reports" have been discussed on ATS (and elsewhere) extensively. There is much more information about the incidents available than is presented. There is little (no) reason to think that ET was involved.

That sort of leaves our solar system. With humans having a well deserved inferiority complex.

Where in your estimation, is their a higher probability , with regards to possible conclusions generated by these reports? rather than that of ET source ?

Two words. Robert Salas.

They procured plenty of witnesses, the main drawback being that when an attempt to confirm the claims of the alleged witnesses was undertaken all the witnesses Salas et al. had named insisted that the testimonies they were reported as giving were fabricated, that no UFOs were sighted, reported, or investigated, and that the actual cause of the missile failures was well established to be an electrical malfunction by those charged to investigate the incident.

Don't forget, the speed of light "limit" is a theory that human (ie. "flawed") scientists generally believe in.

There are various nuclear technologies that can be used to examine objects remotely. Muon tomography depends on cosmic radiation as a source:
en.wikipedia.org...

PET (Positron Emission Tomography) scanners works using the detection of gamma rays given off when electrons and a positron beam annihilate each other. A beam of positrons would eliminate electrons and disrupt electrical signals. The Russians and the Americans used different voltages levels (either low or high) to make a missile go live. So that beam would either activate or deactivate those missiles.

The connection : Radioactivity and Paranormal events

Basically non-humans get very active when nuclear radioactivity is involved. Whether these non-humans are from earth or elsewhere is questionable.
Seems to me that they ares like a taskforce that is patrolling earth so that stupid humans don't start to blow up their civilization.

If 'reality' starts to decay (lack of observers / radioactivity or whatever) they get active. Maybe there is no on/off switch but changing physical simulated laws off our reality on a local scale does do the trick.

All 3letter organizations are very afraid , during the cold war they thought it were (surprise) the Russians. And the Russians thought it were the Americans. Still they don't know exactly what non-humans are. In a last efford they started to create the TomDelonge Band.

A fake slow paced disclosure full of disinfo with the goal to bring the UFO phenomenon once and for all to the level of just nuts and bolts , a little guy in a spaceship form planet zeebrock so to speak...

...But the UFO phenomenon is more than that , and it seems that it indicates that it isn't 'a little guy in a spaceship.
But Identities that understand the workings of physical reality at a much deeper level and even more important these identities are connected to another more fundamental reality that is a superset of our perceived reality.

Many of the great innovators throughout history have advanced human society by ignoring these arbitrary "laws" that exist to limit our physical reality(it was once a scientific "fact" that the Earth was flat and the universe revolved around it!).
I have nothing against science when it is used for the betterment of our world, sadly there is a festering intellectual snobbery that threatens to corrupt "mainstream" science, a dictatorship/cult, their primary aim enforcing the status quo (i.e elitism, funding and ego) at the cost of true enlightenment(and FTL travel!).
