I'm not sure to what extent IRT would be used by banking transactions? For capital markets demand is for the lower latency the better; so you wouldn't want to have time scheduled transactions unless (for example) you have to provide regulators daily liquidity reports at a set time or you have to settle deals by start of banking next day.

The chinese have passed their first tests with their IRT replacement for SWIFT. They are about to or already ran the 2nd tests in how it does in the markets and their transitions.

In summary, Q has not openly mentioned this in his posts (to my knowledge) but we have various methods of decoding to find secondary hidden messages in the posts. One of these gave the decode "bin=( ieeE irt".

I'm seeing a lot of applications for IRT being precision automation control. I also saw a metion of Seimens, big players in automation and PLC applications in one of the stories while quick browsing the topic.

Per this Wiki on Stuxnet, you are correct.

The virus looked for Siemens Step7 machine controlling software and the virus then got the software to send dangerous commands whilst reporting on logs that it was sending normal commands.

For the record I believe Q is at minimum a highly intelligent individual who has done extensive research. I lean towards Q being ligit but I have not fully invested my mind into this.

Because Q is at minimum highly intelligent, even if he is a LARP I can only come to 1 of 2 conclusions.

1. Q saw the video in a tweet and assumed it was the full video so he posted the link.

2. Q intentionally showed the false clip followed by the full clip. By doing this Q is signaling that Obama's true motives were to support the corporate oligarchy aka NWO. And he wanted to show the difference between the truth and what was actually presented.

I'm not sure which one is true. But Q has proven too intelligent to make a silly mistake. But I could see how Q could have assumed the first link was the full video.
