Ignoring that you could argue against those specific stats - Hamas is to blame and noone else.
Israel left Gaza in 2005. In 2005 less than 200 rockets were fired against Israel from Gaza. After the disengagement in 2006 terror groups fired almost 1000. There was exactly zero effort to build up a prosperous society in Gaza. Israel left and all they did was to ramp up the attacks against Israel. Without any blockade mind you. Yes, there were some restrictions but Israel was very keen on loosening those. There was even an agreement on movement and access with the Palestinian Authority in 2005 with the Goal to promote peaceful economic development.

Unfortunately the Palestinians decided it was a good idea to reward Hamas for their victory against Israel by electing them in more or less democratic parliamentry election in 2006. Following the elections Hamas ramped up its terror attacks against Israel as already said. Gilad Shalit was captured in a cross border raid and the IDF entered Gaza in Operation Summer Rain to curp Palestinian rocket fire. This pretty much worked for about a half a year.

More restrictions were put in place with a terror group at the helm in Gaza, but the blockade from both Israel and Egypt (noone ever cares about what they do to their brethren for odd some reason) as we know it today, didn’t happen after Hamas seized power in Gaza in 2007. You know, that Little affair when they threw Fatah members from rooftops on TV.
They were somewhat preoccupied with killing themselves in 2007 so just about 800 rockets were fired at Israel during that year.
By 2008 they were back to full war mode and attacked Israeli territory on pretty much on a daily bases. Israel responded with Operation Hot Winter which pretty much ended the rockets attacks by June 2008 (ended as in just one rocket or two every other day, because you know, can’t have not fighting the Jews). By the end of the year things were back to normal and we get Operation Cast Lead. There two more major rounds of fighting in 2012 and 2014 after that but the status quo remains unchanged.

So yes, the Situation in Gaza is pretty crappy (but also not as bad as the propaganda might make it look). But there isn’t much to be done. There is no one with any trace of power in the Gaza Strip who has any interest in not fighting Israel but instead focusing on peaceful development. Until that changes (and it doesn’t look like it will) the blockade has to remain in place. Without a Blockade Hamas would be strengthened and free to build up its Military strength against Israel. Without a Blockade Israel might indeed get a couple of years of relative peace. But only until Hamas thinks is ready to confront Israel again. The result will be something like the Second Lebanon War, only in an urban area. Thousands if not tens of thousands of dead on both sides. I don’t think that’s a good idea.

What can be done? Short term, nothing. Long term, Israel, Egypt and the PLO Need to strengthen forces and movements inside Gaza aimed of toppling Hamas. In an ideal scenario, PLO/Fatah members would one day enter Gaza from Egypt and kick Hamas out. After which Egypt could allow Gazans more breathing room by allowing them movement and settlement into the Sinai. There is more than enough space to grow there. But this is not very realistic unfortunately.
As things stand, Iran and to an lesser extend Turkey are ready to support Hamas any way they can, especially if the Blockade is lifted. So nothing much is going to happen.

What has happened to Palestine and Palestinians is genocide. The US and European governments have long enabled this genocide, and the populations of the US and Europe lack the moral character to protest their “democratic” governments participation in genocide. The Western peoples are mute while a people are exterminated before their eyes. Yet, the people in the West have the highest opinion of themselves.

Uhuh, only genocide in history in which the Population grew by 2 Million in the last 20 years by their own numbers: www.pcbs.gov.ps...

Those Jews really suck at the Extermination thingy... barely 10.000 killed during the last 30 years. Thats what? 2 months worth of Syrian Civil war with up to half a million dead so far? Thats a genocide for you. The Israeli Palestinian conflict is childsplay in comparsion.

The stats depicted in your map clearly show what Hamas have done to Gaza.

You dont have a clue what you are tapping about smelling a big bowl of codswollop. The electricity and water are controlled by Israel. The Palestinians have no say how much of these things they get. Even cement is a restricted resource and Musial instruments.

That's because people have an obsession with Israel for whatever their reason. 100,000 whites and asians killed in South Africa during the same period and nobody blnks an eye

Yes people had an obsession with South Africa. It is a recognized apartheid state. (just like Isreal) The difference being that Isreal receives more aid from the US than all other countries combined.

Actually, unlike you, I have a pretty solid idea what I'm talking about. The electricity and water are provided by Israel, but paid for by the Palestinians. What they pay for is what they get. But it's a bit hard to afford the essentials when a huge chunk of your budget is allocated towards terror infrastructure, isn't it?
The Palestinian Authority (which governs the West Bank) prioritizes water and electricity above terror (though this doesn't mean that the PA isn't sponsoring terror at all). This is exactly why electricity is rationed in Gaza but not in the West Bank.

Even cement is a restricted resource and Musial instruments.

And this is why -

Hamas Is Stealing 95% Of Cement Given To Palestinians For Humanitarian Aid

The apartheid in South Africa was based on race, while the Israeli-Palestinian conflict is political.
There are a lot of Israeli (Muslim and Christian) Arabs who enjoy the same exact rights as the Israeli Jews and other Israeli minorities.

The difference being that Isreal receives more aid from the US than all other countries combined.

So write a letter to your congressman. What do you want Israel to do about it?

This is just not true.
Israel recieves about 3 billion US-$ annually, 1+ billion of which is not aid per se but money the US agreed to pay to both Israel and Egypt for maintaining its peace treaty. Total US aid to foreign nations is over 40 billion US-$ atm.
