From the very OUTSET of this, Trump could have said "yeah, I spent three or four hours in a bungalow with a prostitute, and it's none of your business, or anybody's business". The whole mess would have been over in a day or two.

He prefers his webs to be tangled I guess.

The dnc reported that...

That’s how we know they picked up Fusion GPS’s contract after the GOP nomination...

Do I think any people “in the middle” is trump banged a pornstar 10 years ago??

No...

Do I think some will care he paid 130k to hide his trist with a pornstar from the American people???

Some will care about that part..

Nope - go back and research it. The FEC filings only list Perkins Coie for legal consultations. They hid the reason for the payments, which went on to fund FusionGPS.

A violation of FEC laws.

But really, his record is pretty friggin eagle scout clean and his civic duty and dedication to country has been part of his character going back to his teen years. I am certain there will not come a time when he is fired for cause. It will take a Saturday night massacre to make that happen. Do you see that happening? And how do you think that will end?

Kind of like how Obama is a saint without a single scandal in his 8 years.

Like that right?

Like how Fast & Furious 'wasnt' a scandal for Obama, and how Mueller helped set that 'not a scandal' in motion... good thing it 'wasnt a scandal' so that Mueller gets to keep that "pretty friggin eagle scout clean" record of his.

They would not have believed him and kept pushing / investigating. You seem to be missing the point here. The left doesnt care about Trump. They only care to get him out of office to redeem themselves for losing the election. Losing a presidential election is bad enough but when you lose it to Trump, after all the hours of media coverage on how everyone hates trump and he wont win...

Well what does that say about your candidate who lost to him.

Since Clinton /. Democrats dont take personal accountability for what goes wrong they wont admit why they lost. Instead its Trump won because of Russia. Without Russian help Clinton would have won.

Trump could have turned over all his tax filings, all legal documents, all paperwork for his businesses, all medical records etc and the left would still be demanding an investigation just to effect a coup.

As for tangled webs do you really want to open that can of worms after everything that has come out about Hillary Clinton?

No, it was paid to keep it from Hillary Clinton who would sling it against him in the election. Winning the election was worth it. NDAs are commonplace. And his personal business is no one's business. And this isn't equal to Bill Clinton. His BS was while he was in the WH as POTUS. Trump's is ALLEGED to have been while he was a private citizen still.

Furthermore, Trump most likely knew nothing about this. You have any idea how many people claim to have slept with XX famous/rich person? Many. Vastly many. Look at the parade of women Gloria Allred dredged up during the election to make all those false claims about Trump (you know, the ones that never coughed up a shred of evidence in support their claims)

130k is chump change for Trump. Either his attorney paid it and handled the matter entirely, or Trump green-lighted it and paid the funds out of his personal accounts. Although, he could've paid it out of his back pocket as far as we know - easy to believe for someone with money like him. Someone that turns down his Presidential salary, unlike Obama, Busy, Clinton, Bush, and so on.

The nature of a fishing expedition is that it is unfocused. It's legal grasping at straws.

Criminals deserve to pay for crimes.

Tell that to Alan Turing.

So Cohen, a former NY ambulance chaser turned fixer is like the brilliant and gay Mathematician who broke the German Cypher in WW2 how?

Wow..

They are investigating if the trump campaign colluded with Russian agents to benefit the Russian government..

Of course trump is a suspect..

The problem is that he is cheap when it comes to HIS money (Not so much ours).

It appears as if he illegally funneled campaign contributions to Cohen's shell company to pay off the Porn Star.

That means they both lied about on campaign filings, and Cohen twice since he recently told the Federal Election Committee the money came out of his pocket, not the campaigns.

That, or Cohen used that previously unknown shell company for other illegal activity.

The left doesnt care about Trump

And the (real) Republicans do? They call themselves now "Republican Before Trump"

I'm not so gullible to have believed all the Russian's lies and BS about her, which they have admitted to. Pizzagate. Right. lol.
But you go ahead, it's all moot now. It's been over a year. The election is over, and Clinton has undergone more investigations than Trump has, so you'll have to rehash it all without me.

So nope, no can of worms, no useless debate, no comments.

Again this is why the investigations right now into him are based on bs.

Here's a Timeline of Every Time Donald Trump Ran for President

Though Donald Trump's presidential campaign has thus far been a series of unfortunate events, this isn't the real estate mogul's first time at the election rodeo. Since the late 1980s, Trump has threatened, with varying degrees of seriousness, to enter the race.

Here is a timeline of Trump's history in politics:

1987-1988: Trump considers a run for president, while simultaneously juggling large debts stemming from his purchase of the Taj Mahal casino.

2000: Trump enters the presidential race as a Reform Party candidate and receives more than 15,000 votes in the party's California primary.

2003-2004: Trump begins hosting the reality show The Apprentice on NBC, which he also executive-produces. He again mulls a run for president, but ultimately decides not to join the race.

How to run for president, according to Donald Trump

March 2011: A Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll shows Trump leading all presidential contenders, including Mitt Romney.

April 2011: Amid more research polls indicating that he would be the preferred Republican presidential candidate among voters, Trump repeatedly calls for President Obama to release his long-form birth certificate, questioning whether Obama was actually born in the United States. (Obama eventually complies and releases the birth certificate.)

May 2011: Trump officially announces that he will not run for president.

February 2012: Trump endorses Republican candidate Mitt Romney for president.

2013: Trump forms a presidential exploratory committee and, despite a strong backing from Republican voters, announces that he has no interest in running for governor of New York in 2014.

February 2015: Trump decides not to renew his Apprentice contract, fueling speculation that he's mulling a run for president.

June 2015: Trump formally announces that he's running for president in a speech delivered from Trump Tower in New York City. Almost immediately, corporations and individuals that have partnerships with Trump - including Macy's, NBC and Univision - begin to sever ties with the mogul because of disparaging comments he made about Mexicans in the speech announcing his candidacy.

July 2015: Trump comes under fire after revealing Republican rival Lindsey Graham's phone number of live TV and criticizing John McCain for being a prisoner of war in Vietnam.

It only goes to 2015 so you can add 2016 presidential run in there also.

So none of these "crimes" the left keeps talking about, going all the way back to 2000, werent relevant when he was running but are relevant now that he won?

Really?

Controlling 2 out of 3 branches of government gives Republicans an advantage. Remember all politics are local. Just like in CA where Democrats are distancing themselves from Pelosi and her comments.

Alan Turing broke the law, and therefore was a criminal. And as you stated, “criminals deserve to pay for crimes.” In other words, according to you logic, because Turing committed a crime (homosexual acts), he deserved to pay for it. Well, he payed for it alright.

I’m just pointing out the stupidity of the argument.

I think the warrant was for a lot more than Stormy Daniels, but if you think Cohen appears to be the kind of guy that would write a check to a porn star for 130k out his own pocket to Protect Trump and not tell him about it???

Of course he got the money from Trump. That would not be illegal unless Trump told him to pay it via the campaign funds.

That said, this looks like that is only one part of it.
