More like slandered in the media and in court.

That guy has way too much money to spend on sleazy lawyers.

These new judges are terrible. They seem like they're more taken in by the sad stories of the contestants rather than their talent. It seems like they've sent some contestants to Hollywood whose talent wasn't that great, just because they felt sorry for them. Say what you will about Simon, but he was honest and wasn't afraid to criticize the performer.

Seems very innocuous but par for the course.

Eh, he could have refused to walk over there. Said "no thanks, I don't want that." It was on camera in front of everyone. There were many witnesses to back up his refusal should he have chosen to do so. He didn't though. Walked right over and let her do it.

Regardless, shame on her for being pushy given the Hollywood #metoo stuff actresses keep throwing out. Women don't get to push themselves onto a male while decrying a male doing the same thing to them.
