Q Drop Analysis and Commentary - an ATS exclusive




I've arrived, after some reflection and a bit of poking around, at a simple but complex and muiltifacted interpretation of this Q drop which i don't think has been covered here yet.

There's a three fold meaning to it.

Castle = Whitehouse.

Castle = Castle the verb from the game of chess (whoever really understands chess could elaborate on the signifiance of that king-protecting move)

Red Castle (in the red) has now become Green Castle with the passage of the Omnibus Bill which indeed was NOT A BUDGET and the same thing that Obama used to excercise power in the allocation of financial resources (issuing almost the identical letter to President Trump's) which most, even Congress might not have been fully aware of, thus Trump's feined indignation that he would never sign another one (that's funny!). No doubt.

Secondary meaning is the discussed reference to the Army Corp of Engineers (red castle logo situated in greencastle) for Wall Construction, which only makes sense, since it's a massive federally mandated build with protection and security implications.

Stage 5:5 is stage five, of five, in setting up the platform and the structure. Meaning ready to roll.

5 is also a holy number as I've pointed out before in the sense that it doesn't reject the central pillar in the temple (which was at one point removed or left out or discarded, an affront to God whether wittingly or unknowingly), as Jesus referenced in a two-fold or manifold meaning when he said "it was the stone that was rejected by the builders that became the keystone" in reference to it (for the scholars) and meaning of course himself as the principal personified, and as the little man and the average person for whom he waged His battle with evil empire. It is also a reference to the keystone in a royal arch as both a passover or traversal to freedom and as the sound foundation of proper governance under rightful authority.

The keystone and the central pillar upholds the whole house and temple of the living God with the holy of holies as the place of infinite and limitless possibility where God dwells and through Christ that we are all invited to enter as high priests (for most if not all of us, even in spite of ourselves as an unmerited grace).

Further, when we look at all the provisions for proper investigations and to protect witnesses and to fund tribunals, we also see that the Morpheus meme is correct. Check! Many funded their own takedowns, and for the lucky few, a tribunal at GITMO.

For Q, this drop represents the culmination of all previous drops, in prep for which he got a new tripcode (would be interested to learn more about that).

Now it's GAME ON!

Here I ask you to consider what the authority of the Executive Branch of the US government is founded on and directed towards, even as an organizing principal of governance (for the many and the individual).

One, is to wage war for the protection of the homeland, in this case a near perpetual state of war that Trump is seeking to bring an end to for the preservation of blood and treasure, and which the US military has done an extraordinary job of dealing with in the case of ISIS' "caliphate".

That one (warfare and the war on "terra") hasn't worked out so well, but at the same time gave the US the greatest military might the world has ever known.

Power through strength! Castle wall.

But aside from protecting the nation and the nation's people from harm, and administering things like Education, Transporation, Health Care, Infrastructure etc., the government isn't really supposed to be in the people's business or working to direct or regulate their lives ie: "he who governs best governs least".

However, there is one other authoritative mandate that's in the same spirit as the keystone referenced above, and that is the

Authority to pursue and arrest criminals and the corrupt and the evil and the wicked to protect society from the predators, in every form.

Prey vs. Pray.

Next, when we look at the movement on the Internet and the urgent call for an appropriate crackdown on all the bad actors from top to bottom and from bottom to top, and we see people like Flynn (may he rise again) saying the same thing, including the reason that Trump was elected in the first place to "drain the swamp" among other things to overthrow the evil system, we also see a clear mandate. They have our approval to get the wicked bastards who though they might appear, many of them to be whitewashed on the outside, "are whited sepulchures, filled with dead men's bones and all corruption within". (paraphrased slightly).

The LAW is encoded and enshrined in the Constitution and it's a clearly mandated "domain" which houses the authority of the government based on the consent of the governed.

It is what governs a Civil Society.

Enemies BOTH foreign AND domestic.

New Tripcode. Stage 5:5. Green Castle from Red Castle.

Chess is played with white and black.

So while the Army Corp of Engineers are surely going to go to work on that wall, and while there may be a castling move involved, the larger implications are more profound by many orders of magnitude in precisely how that 1.3 trillion will be allocated along with every other prep action.

Q is indicating that we've made it to stage 5:5. And he's started all over again.

I believe that's where we are at, with the kid anti-gun violence march a huge distraction nothing more, but which may threaten a blue wave in November (it's design, even from the shooting itself) except that there may be other things and a totally different narrative in store as news unlocks past and as future proves past.

The tricky part in all this isn't the investigative and police and court work involved, but the international puzzle which by it's very nature is so interconnected that the only way to solve it is to solve it all at once right across the board just not the way that Zbigniew Brzezinski invisioned (unipolar domination), which has proven to have been an abysmal failure in every way imaginable including unnecessary death and destruction for so many.

Settling the world to secure and to help generate the space for a lasting mutual prosperity founded on a lasting mutual peace should I think rise to the very top of Trump's agenda as Sessions and Wray do their work and fight the internal war against the real enemies, the enemy in the gate.

I predict that by the time the sanctions begin to fall away for NK, that the same will happen with Russia, there'll be a trade deal with China, Assad in Syria will be persuaded to step down as reconstruction of Syria begins, the Iran deal ammended with an add on regarding terrorist funding and support, and yes, a peace deal between Israel and the Palestinians, without which the puzzle can't be solved.

All of these things, no matter what we are seeing in the MSM, would and will make Trump a great President, no matter what anyone might think of his character traits or communication skills.

I percieve a very strong and powerful policy and philosophy undergirding this bridge to the future and I like what I'm seeing.

I know, I get your demeanor somewhat by your posts here i have seen so far. I want you to continue to help us out here when you truly think you can.

But I hope you can accept that there are very intelligent people here who might be able to help you some too. And contributors here that do a lot of hard work as well.
But mostly try to lose a little of the condescension please please!

That means, yes, and y could also signify what I refer to as the divided middle. It's in a traditional kill box to signify that it's been transcended, across the gap of the divided middle between what was/is and shall be. A bridge crossed.

I believe that this whole interpretation I've offered here is fundamentally correct and that if Q were reading this thread and marking for accuracy, that I'd get an A+.

I had tea with Princess Diana in the early 80s...my dad was a president of a national body and had to escort her around an event. There were only a half dozen of us at Grosvenor hotel on park lane in London.

It must have been in her dark years of marriage as I don't remember anything significant about her.

I remember more about tea with Prince Andrews wife sarah ferguson a few years later - mostly because I realised if she could marry a prince it showed how chemistry defies logic!

Once Congress allocates money, their job is oversight of the money being spent. They don't spend the money and have no say HOW it gets spent as long as it's spent legally. That's their job to monitor with oversight.

Yes, congress does have a say in how it is spent. That is what an appropriation is for, it tells how much may be spent up to a certain level, and what the money can be spent on.

4. Once the President is given the money with the instructions to spend it, he has a number of choices to make in spending it. There are some rules he has to follow & some of the money is fungible and some isn't.

No, he does not have a choice in how he spends it. Congress always controls the purse strings. The departments that are funded in the bill are allowed to draw from the federal treasury up to the level of appropriations, plus carry over from the previous year of any unspent funds. Money in and of itself isn't fungible either. Neither are fungible, the items inthe appropriations bill. You cannot replace the direct funding of one thing, say an order for tanks, with an order for planes, or medicine, or infrastructure.

5. However there are some other factors that are in play here. One of them is that the President has declared a Human Rights Emergency AND has notified Congress that he's invoking the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985.

I'll smack this one in two parts.

First, the president did declare a Human Rights Emergency on December 20, 2017. The Order Executi ve Order Blocking the Property of Persons Involved in Serious Human Rights Abuse or Corruption is aimed at create a means of addressing people who:

(1) to be responsible for or complicit in, or to have directly or indirectly engaged in, serious human rights abuse;

(2) to be a current or former government official, or a person acting for or on behalf of such an official, who is responsible for or complicit in, or has directly or indirectly engaged in:

(a) corruption, including the misappropriation of state assets, the expropriation of private assets for personal gain, corruption related to government contracts or the extraction of natural resources, or bribery; or

(b) the transfer or the facilitation of the transfer of the proceeds of corruption;

Second, the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 is used to reduce the level of individual appropriations to satisfy the requirements of keeping spending below allowable limits set by congress. Think budget cap. It is not in place to give the President the power of the purse in the event of a declared emergency.

6. By making these two declarations President Trump has just communicated that he has the authority to NOT spend any funds he doesn't deem necessary and will return them to the US Treasury. So, funds for Planned Parenthood? He can simply not allocate the funds.

This is partly true. Under the Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 POTUS can reduce the amount appropriated. But amount of reduction happens by returning unspent carry-over funds from the previous appropriation. If PP is appropriated $500M and the carry over is $20M, then $20M gets returned to the treasury. Remember, the bill says they can draw up to $500M. That is the baseline.

And it just goes on from there.

He builds his arguments on assumptions and runs with it. I'd love it to be true, but he is wrong.

Now that picture puts it all in perspective Ankh... never seen that look in the UK!

They ought to go after the always extremely vague "emergency war funding bills" angle. Slip in a request for $33B for "fortifications and security" and slip $12B to "the wall" and the rest to overseas needs.

But the poster above is absolutely correct. Appropriated money can't be spent on whatever administrations want. I always laugh when people say "where do you think the money goes for the $400 hammers?". It goes to $400 hammers. A budget isn't a slush fund. It goes where it is appropriated or people go to jail. Black projects have their own budget items.

My take on the evolution of Q

If you will go back and look at the very first posts they were simple to understand an often written with a question w/ the answer contained in the next question. You can probably understand why some of us got hooked. I was even doing research and found answers that kinda blew my mind. I am going to say there seems to be some important posts missing and some of the posts are actually replies, you have the check the id number. He wasn't signed as Q in the beginning. Sometime in mid Nov or thereabouts there was a call for him to have a trip code. The questions began to become more complicated imo afterward. And there were fake Q's. I got out for a while and then a couple things brought me back.

Just take a look at the beginning.
BTW Trump has used a simple code in his tweets at times. And the word Fantasy land was used in the posts early Q posts. Then in Trumps speech in SK regarding NK he used the word Fantasy land.

Think it was the beginning that caught us up.

In February, Congress reached an agreement to raise statutory budget caps for overall defense and non-defense discretionary spending for fiscal years 2018 and 2019. That deal specified how much money Congress had to spend, but not exactly how legislators would spend it. Determining exact funding levels for federal programs and delineating various restrictions on how that money could be spent was left for another day. That day came this week, in the form of the omnibus bill.

This resonates with me. I doubt we will hear about it for a while until something leaks, i think the gathering of these individuals are beginning. Well, at least that is my hope.
