It takes money. The religious voting block here is powerful. I have to attribute to them they make our reps spend money on kids. They started putting money into mental health, hopefully that will pay off.

as far as I know he was not to be allowed on campus. ive also read that the FBI were told about him back in September by someone concerned with things he'd put on youtube.

No matter what you call your arguments, they're full of factually incorrect information. Pretending you'd have 3 steps if the guy had a handgun instead of an AR-15 is just delusional. Tell it to the victims at Virginia Tech. That shooter used nothing but handguns and killed and injured more people than this guy was able to with a "weapon of war".
