If it's any consolation, I vomited over the floor without warning 2 days ago. I'd only been awake for 5 minutes. What a way to start a day. I too felt like a zombie, all day.

ETA To be clear, this is the first time I've puked in years, it is not a daily occurrence. Maybe I'm not such a good cook sometimes....

Gravity does have its ways of bringing me down at times but I know things will change for me next week.

The Gig went well.
(1st time in that venue and they really seemed to enjoy it.)

It's now 2.37am and I'm just having a wee drink before bed. I can never get straight to bed after a gig no matter how tired I am... the adrenaline keeps me awake if I try and sleep too soon.

Ach well, a wee pint of Guinness will do me good!

Can't sleep anyway!

Some of my friends surprised me tonight...
They travelled from Montrose (in the N.E. of Scotland) all the way down to Ayrshire to see me sing tonight!!!
And they didn't tell me they were coming!!! What a great surprise, and what a lovely thing to do!
Loads of my Ayrshire "crazy cousins" turned up too. I'm so lucky to have such amazing people around me!

No relations that I'm aware of...
I used to work with a Stewart Mathieson and my Primary School teacher was called Pat Halliday, but that's about it I think.

The Pinatas were a Blast!!! It was such good fun!!! The event was out in the woods (part of my wife Chrissie's Forest School) but organised to raise funds for our local Primary School! Great Fun!!

I think the biggest gift (or legacy) I can give my kids is my time. (And all of the random sh*t that's stored up in my crazy brain!!! LOL)

PS - Ayrshire Tatties are THE BEST.

I forgot to mention that Port is my "camping" drink.
I always take a bottle with me if I'm going camping (or sometimes even camper-vanning)
It is strong enough to get you there, but light enough to carry easily!
A good blend of strength and taste etc.

(So... not really "Posh" - just "practical"!!!!)
