Oh, the irony!! A snot nosed Millennial U-toober, famous for doing what most other Millennials aspire to do...exactly zero...gets bitten by the very same snake he's used to bite others with in order to hawk his snake oil. How absolutely ironic (and funny)!!

This whole aspiration to be famous, by doing absolutely nothing at all, should be a dire sign of the times for our younger generations. Reality shows, Kartrashians, Vloggers, Twitter, Instagram, FailBook, selfies...the list just goes on and on. Their contribution to society is exactly ZERO!

Two words for Mr. Logan and everyone else like him...BUH BYE!!

No, but virtually everything else he does IS monetized, and U-toob is free exposure and advertising...and he knows it!

So the point of virtue here is NOT the fact that the video wasn't monetized, that doesn't absolve him in any way. If he REALLY wanted to prove his integrity he'd take down his YT channel. Oh, but you can bet your last dollar, he'd NEVER do that!! Hmmmmmm, I wonder why?

Look, there's an enormous difference between "educating people on" or "illuminating" a subject, and being an immature dick about it. Plastering something to YT with zero context, zero historical background, zero cultural background when you know damn well what the area you're in signifies for the the locals is BEING A DICK. He took no opportunity to teach ANYTHING about the history of that forest, a quick disclaimer notation doesn't cut it. He's being raked over the coals and rightfully so.

Equally though, I am entitled to express an opinion about the content of what people post on u-toob, which is exactly what I have done. Logan is an idiot, his YT channel is garbage and he's constantly pushing limits to see how much exposure and how many views he can get. I don't care what you think, that's what I think.

Furthermore, and probably more importantly, Logan himself took down the video, not YT or anyone else...so I guess he's censoring himself, right? So maybe you should be asking him that question! BTW...What color is the sky on your planet????

I use YouTube too but not to watch Jackass-type stunts like this guy apparently did. For me it's music videos and old TV shows. As you and others have stated the arsehole in question did this knowing that he would get lots of hits off of it earning him money. The crocodile tears only fell after TSHTF.

At this point I'm vetting lessons learned from the past. The Vietnam war was eventually won at home. The American People were shown the Televised War on their TVs during dinnertime.

Sometimes it was live, usually uncensored. It was the last war openly covered by field journalists who risked life and limb to report from the thick of it.

Thats how Americans at large realized the injustice and futility of that 'Conflict'.

Compare that to the censored coverage of the Gulf War(s) since, nobody is crying to congress anymore because they plain don't get to see the reality of it.

If they did it would have ended long ago. Thats the ultimate goal of censors, to silence the truth, cover up the inhumanity , even calling it humanitarian?!

You cannot argue censorship on a privatley owned platform. Youtube has a t and c that is an agreement with its users. By them allowing content that violates their t and c they are violating their agreement.

It isnt censorship. Is managing a business. You are muddying the waters by using improper vernacular
