That was likely a spambot account . it had like 5 posts and all 5 were deleted.

There are entities that can target and manipulate what you see, during your specific login session, in any general public forum like this.

The link was actually to a site posing as the USPS. We removed the posts as quickly as possible. Unfortunately this sort of phishing scam is common these days and is one of the reasons we don't let new accounts start their own threads right away. Cleanup is pretty easy.
