It really only is a double standard if the men in question felt threatened by her actions or were intimidated by her actions. From the current lack of pushback I'd say it was just locker room banter. If they felt intimidated they should speak up.

I would call them a bunch of marys if they did but it's still their right to be offended by Brazile's big dick antics.

It is a figure of speech. I'm actually impressed she went there. Most women in powerful positions tend to be pretty hard assed, so her saying that isn't really surprising imho.
