We know that Islam is not a race. The point is how does the lady know if they are Muslim or non-Muslim? You can't see their belief. Is she a psychic or what?

To ride Uber now, you have to show your "Ideology Card" and make sure it is recently stamped by the authorities so you can prove that you think appropriately.

Yep. Businesses like ATS can do whatever they want. We agreed to ATS terms. If you can't agree, there's the door.

Exactly.

Uber is like ATS.

If you don't agree to Uber's T&C's, use your shoe-leather brother 'cause you ain't ridin'!

I have to agree. Loomis is all fired up and riding a wave. I actually like her spunk, but Über banning her is a nonsense story. If she pushes too hard here...yes...she is bigoted egomaniac. Über cannot provide a specific requested driver based on sex, religion, race, etc. because as a corporation it would force them to be liable for segregating their drivers and open them for a lawsuit.

Glad we can agree.

So the next logical step is "Ideology Cards".

Don't forget to get yours stamped!

No, you just have to not be a douchebag..ie get in the car and shut your mouth about the race/creed/religion of the driver, and get driven to your destination..it's really simple.

Not to mention them wasting gas coming to pick her up only to be turned down.
Besides they show pictures of the drivers on the app. So I wonder?

I wonder how she determines whether they are muslin? ..good luck getting a cab around here that is not driven by a brown toned person.
Uber has not been allowed to set up here interestingly, the existing cab companies have shoveled trunkload's of cash to the municipal govt to lobby against..competition.

Passports with religious certification stamps that have verifiable serial numbers.

That's the ONLY way to be sure.
