That stuff is gross. I like when she squares up the cold cut slices so they don't overhang the bread, shows real skill and dedication to her craft.

I use mayonnaise with olive oil.I also make my own sandwich spread...

1-cup of mayonnaise
1/4-cup pickle relish,I use dill
1 chopped,fresh jalapeno pepper
1 chopped onion
1/4-cup of mustard
Mix together and store in a clean jar in your fridge.

I don't really measure much I go by how it looks.It is really good on
hamburgers,hotdogs any sammy you like.
