There's a video showing the development of Hurricane Harvey, it's very suspicious how it keeps breaking and forming breaking and forming all the way up until it makes landfall with Texas, almost like "something" is always restarting it.

Why does everyone thinks its another country? Have you thought that Harvey was deliberately steered towards us to mess with Texas, and the Gulf States. They have the weapons they have the Oil. They're the only State that doesn't rely on an outside power grid. but when There internal power grid goes down they're #ed. They're the last piece in the NWO agenda. Take out Big Bad Texas and Marshal Law isn't far away.
