But you have two groups that are looking for scapegoats to blame for society's problems( hey, they sound like Nazis who did the same thing) and that's white privileged people. The antifa kids are mostly white and privileged and screwed up and stand out to BLM as idiots. ANTIFA will expect BLM to go along with them and not be able to grasp that they may be looked on as spoiled rich kids. So they'll conflict.
