Im no expert....but in my years experience working in acute care psychiatric back in my younger days, I've never seen self injurious people injure themselves by mimicing a defensive wound.

I have seen, however, munchausen patients do strange stuff in order to tell a story. Borderline patients, too. That said, not knowing the dude but knowing the country, im going to believe his story and leave the disbelief to the people who know him.

Meh. I despise antifa, but unless this incident can be backed up by eyewitness accounts, it doesn't smell right to me.
