Do you have a better source for this? That site looks like a clickbait one. A reply in the comments also mentions the site fakes things.

I wouldn't be shocked if he had said something to the effect of, being other celebs mentioned similar. Also, I do recall the Angelina "Illuminati" video speculation of what she was saying, if not under the influence as also claimed.

Well if it is fake then , he will probably speak out against it being fake. Otherwise, why would he let this go on in his name?

I don't think it really matters that he's saying things that've already been said. The more big celebrities weighing in on the issue the better.

Especially because in America such a big chunk of the population are dumb enough to literally worship celebrities, their words hold much more weight than any journalist or pundit.
