Questions about a rogue planet

With all the talk of an extra planet lately, and the uptick in earthquakes and other weird natural phenomenon around the world, I've had a few ideas.

What if it isn't an actual planet at all but some type of weird space weather that travels through our solar system every so often? And disrupts our planet causing all types of natural disasters that when combined, spell out an extinction level event?

All we really know about the universe is what we can observe from this distant rock. In thinking about this, it raises more questions. Is there any type of known space weather or anything similar that could cause changes on a planetary scale?

I'm curious what type of forces would be required to effect a planet in that way, and if it's even possible.

Any ideas?

Dont think such a think exist other then in the mind of professional thinkers.

On other hand the nukes in just pakistan enough to destroy the world 30 times over if is it set of in pakistan it self.

I recommend not worrying about it. It's most likely nothing at all, but if it's not, there's still nothing anyone can do about it.

What if it isn't a planet at all and it's just a elaborate cloaking device? I'm not really familiar with PlanetX/Nibiru or whatever it is called now but i remember reading some articles that described it as being able to phase in and out of dimensions or cloak itself. The timing of this new reveal feels kinda odd. I guess something is about to go down and there is no way we wouldn't notice it. Keep your eyes peeled and your mind open.

Heck, the aurora borealis was over downtown Seattle a few weeks ago. There's a number of weird things going on.

Add everything together, and it seems like something is happening.

A coronal mass ejection would do that handily if it hit the Earth head-on.

Thanks for the link. If something like the 1859 CME hit it would probably fry all electronics, but I'm curious as to whether or not it could cause massive earth changes on the scale of an ELE.

a reply to: underwerks the mass changes would be the cell phone drones facing reality...and lose it completely. You are correct though, we know very, very little of the dynamics of space and its objects.....

But I would not worry 2 much the enterprise has managed to save planets from worse .

I have always thought the end of the world will be "the end of the world" !!

Not a whole lot anyone can do about it; but at least I don't have to worry about next month's credit card pill.

Wait? Are you suggesting that earth and everything around us is shifting into another galaxy or plane of existence? Sounds interesting but why?

Maybe we'll come to find out that different areas have different properties that effect our perception in different ways. And others may have properties that spell disaster on a planetary scale.

The galaxy lies in a plane since it is disk shaped. But it is puffy like a pizza dough. The 2012 stuff was about us passing through the flat plane that aligns with the center and bisects the "pizza dough." It is not some "doorway" or "stargate" or anything just the description of where the center is where half the stars are above and the other half below.

The galactic plane is the plane in which the majority of a disk-shaped galaxy's mass lies. The directions perpendicular to the galactic plane point to the galactic poles.

I've wondered this as well during several day dream episodes.... We ARE traveling through space as far as I thought, even if we are stuck in the same orbit, the whole system is moving through space.

If You can find some early, very early "Law of One" material before someone tried to monetize it, there is some interesting material re: Planet X It'll be mixed in w/the material re: gems found near pyramids.

Thumbnail: The Peons (drones, workers) were pissed because they had to do all the work while the elongated headed "Lords" cruised around the galaxy in their spaceships. A group of 'workers' tried to take-off in a spaceship but because they weren't versed in how it ran, the spaceship blew up. So the "Lords" had to hang out here until the Planet "came back" (This Planet's orbit brings it near Mother Earth every 3,600 years and because the Ship was destroyed they were stranded here)
The gems were used to operate the ship. This is separate of the Mercury, Mica found near most of the known pyramids. The pyramids are NOT tombs they were used to power the ships here. There is a newer "Ancient Aliens" episode re: Teotihuacan about the Mica/Mercury connection.

The Milky Way does not sit still, but is constantly rotating. As such, the arms are moving through space. The sun and the solar system travel with them. The solar system travels at an average speed of 515,000 mph (828,000 km/h). Even at this rapid speed, the solar system would take about 230 million years to travel all the way around the Milky Way.

Since it takes around 230 million years for our galaxy to rotate around the milky way it seems entirely possible to me that we may go through areas of space with different properties.

Maybe the time involved in between events is so large our species doesn't really have a concept of it yet. We haven't been here long enough to really observe it.

We rise above the plane then sink below--like a sine wave.

Why? I have no idea. I have a strong suspicion that we (solar system) were part of another, smaller galaxy that merged with the Milky Way. That would explain a couple things like the sinusoidal movement and why the Milky Way looks perpendicular to the solar system plane at times. But that is my best guest as I am not a astrophysicist.
