Kick his sorry ass out of there. He's the worst person in Trump's entire admin. And he broke the law to get the position. A position of lawman, no less. And he's against states rights.

These idiotic stories just don't seem to stop.

The media is saying Trump gave away our nuclear sub positions - yeah right - like he calls up the Navy and gets the coordinates and tells Duerte. Even if he did do that which he did not, the coordinates would be useless 5 minutes later, because Subs don't stay in one place. Only an idiot, or a brainwashed stooge actually thinks that means a damn thing other than an attempt to slander Trump.

For god sake's they are trying to make Carter Page a thing - I probably have as much influence on Trump as Carter Page. Anyone that brings up his name as a Russian operative seriously should be deeply embarrassed.

These Trump haters are so frothing with anger they refuse to even think, any accusation no matter how outlandish is automatically True if a Trump Hater reporter publishes it.

To all you Trump Haters, if Trump does somehow get railroaded out on Russian collusion garbage, it is not over - you are not convincing anyone rational with this insane fake news, all you will succeed in is starting a Civil War, and the military and police are not on your side so you will lose.

The law and the Constitution trump unsubstantiated allegations, always have, always will. If Sessions has broken the law (intent is irrelevant) then he should be prosecuted. If he has not broken the law then he should not be prosecuted.

It's amazing how simple it is when you type it out and read it.

Now, who determines if he has broken the law?...because if it's Trey Gowdy, whose motto is 'no-one is above the law' then Sessions is screwed - IF he has broken the law and if he has broken the law, someone like Gowdy will be the best person to determine this, likewise if he has not broken the law - Gowdy will get to the bottom of it.

Trump is setting up street fighters upon his return - google it, I just heard about this 30mins ago on Fox.

In the end, the law will prevail, or America will burn.

Is this a pro-Trump, or an anti-Trump judge?

"A US District Court judge in Washington gave the Justice Department one month to make public a page of Attorney General Jeff Sessions' clearance form, on which he was meant to disclose any contacts with Russian officials.

The judge's decision issued Monday afternoon also gave the Justice Department and the FBI one month to search for any records of White House chief of staff Reince Priebus' reported outreach to the FBI requesting the bureau refute reports of communications between Russian officials and members of the Trump campaign."

He's an Obama appointee. The Judicial branch has a swamp, how can that be drained? There needs to be term limits. That would be the single biggest change the system ever had, and for the better.

On April 3, 2014, President Obama nominated Moss to serve as a United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
