Oh wow I feel for them both as someone who is bi polar. Sounds like he is having a manic episode, maybe brought on by stress of the wedding.

The only advice I can give you is to maybe see if they can post pone the wedding until he is in a better state of mind. How long have they been together?

I know how a manic break can be. I just went through one myself and ended up in the psych ward for a couple days, NOT FUN.

I wish your family lots of luck and love. I hope both of them find peace and the help they need. Bi polar is not fun and it is something I live with and openly talk about daily. It has a stigma attached to it but only someone who is bi polar can truly understand how trapped you feel in your own mind. Lots of love and positive energy to you and your family.
