Interview with an US Navy missile expert by Mark Sargent.

The vid shows footage provided by this Navy officer. The second vid shows proof that he is a Navy officer on board of a US Navy vessel who has talked to Mark Sargent about the Flat Earth subject.

This video is an edited version of the full show.

Some of the main points:

-He is able to paint targets with a line of sight, pencil beam radar, way beyond the supposed curvature horizon, at distances over 50 nautical miles.

-Looking way beyond the supposed curvature horizon with high powered optics.

-Ships do not drop below a horizon.

-No Coriolis effect.

-No accounting for curvature at all.

-Distances in Southern hemisphere don't seem to add up.

Spare me your responses telling me how stupid the FE theories are. They are not, the subject is very interesting and not going away.

Furthermore, I don't think any of you have his credentials or access to that technology.

Looks like chinas navy will have nothing to worry about as the american navy targeting and navigation will be severely impaired with them letting people who think the earth is flat operate systems on the ships .

China probably have more casualties from laughing at the flat earth nonsense spouted by the americans .

I have a feeling, that the curvature of the planet exists only in the mind of the one who is perceiving it, and it has something to do with bending time and space.

Flat land foreveeeeer.

Well, if it is not flat for them, they can't look and target as far........

If I had time for poppycock then I'd spend all my time in the UFO forum. When adding in looming emerging technologies with all of this political madness, our species is facing a very real extinction scenario within our lifetimes. So hair splitting over stuff that's take millions of people in on it I just cant wrap my mind around that kind of time wasting.

Sounds about right for some Naval Officers.... that is why there were some "interesting" situations we had to deal with during my time in the Navy....

There`s no need to speculate you can easily prove or disprove it by getting a telescope, set it up on the beach and if the earth is flat you will be able to see a land mass on the other side of the ocean.

Conspiracy? I think millions of people are in on the joke, but conspiracy? Nah. Kyrie Irving, PG for the Cleveland Cavaliers, is in on it, but I don't think the 'flat earthers' have picked up the nuance of his tongue-in-cheek take on FE:

Anyone willing to debunk the arguments that are being made by the US Navy officer?

On topic please.

Well if it is flat and the US navies navigation is wrong how come do they get accurately where they want to get?
And if this man is in charge of ANY live weaponry his superiors are idiots.
I truly believe this man is a fake but if he is real, with him identifying himself, he should expect a visit from the navy head shrinks very soon and took off duty.

Not high-powered enough will be the excuse, I mean reason...

Why has no one ever said what's at the edge?? More importantly, why hasn't anyone, or lots of anyones, blown the whistle?

How many millions of men and women have served in not just the US Navy, US Air Force, but those of many other nations, including Britain, Australia, Russia/Soviet Union, China, and on and on and on, for literally centuries...yet, only these few stories get out?

[sarc]OK, sure, I'll buy that.[/sarc]

You can't have infinite vision for several reasons, one being the atmosphere itself.

You put this thread up for discussion no? Sorry, I cant spare you my response then. Flat Earth theory is simply the most idiotic conspiracy there is. It comes hand to hand with "nobody went to space ever" BS

quote from wikipedia:

How many people have been to outer space? Of the 536, three people completed only a sub-orbital flight, 533 people reached Earth orbit, 24 traveled beyond low Earth orbit and 12 walked on the Moon. Space travelers have spent over 29,000 person-days (or a cumulative total of over 77 years) in space including over 100 person-days of spacewalks.

All liars?
