After all this time, those videos begin to look the same. There is absolutely nothing unique in that video. No new evidence, none, that hasn't been brought here more than once, and debunked quite thoroughly.

...and yes, I watched the video. To call it nonsense is a complement.

Just because he is a Naval Officer

There is no evidence he is.

The things he says are easily disproved. He's lying.

So far not one of you has actually touched the main points that were made.

Nothing but off topic and empty words, even by mods.

Because the earth is round.
Galileo figured it out before radar. Math!

A classic example of "a guy tells a story" - but that does not prove anything. But we have plenty of proof the earth is round, e.g. as mentioned here: www.smarterthanthat.com... - care to refute that?

How do you resolve this simple fact without resorting to a round Earth?

Not the topic of this thread. Write a thread about it if you are interested.

If you want to play the debunker in this thread, debunk or explain the points made in the video and my op.

I absolutely understand that. I was just trying to make the point that even if he was it doesn't grant him instant credibility. The whole basis for the post is that an officer knows all, I was just trying to give some perspective.

Lol.

Who is lying here? So now the claims made by this US Navy officer have been debunked, and also shown to be lies?

Why don't you just get a weather balloon and a GoPro and prove everyone wrong? I mean, do a youtube search. Little kids can do it, why can't you?

Simply put yes. Liar Liar pants on fire.

You mean a Go Pro fish eye lens creating your curvature. Want me to post the heaps of high altitude balloon footage showing no curvature whatsoever.

They can't paint targets 50 nautical miles out with a pencil beam radar? For instance.

Where do you think the second vid was recorded?

Whoa there, cowboy.

That has everything to do with your "theory". It challenges the very fabric of your contention of a flat-earth. If you can not answer with proofs, then there is no conversation to be had.

Stop with the gate keeping. So not your job here.

The topic of this thread is not "Earth is flat", it is the claims made in the video, why don't you discuss them instead of going off topic.

I'm sorry I wasn't trained on missile guidance and targeting systems. The only targeting systems I know are on the M16, 240B, M9, M2, MK19, and AT4.

Advanced targeting systems are able to calculate all the variables to make it more user friendly, at least that is what I am told.

Now how was THAT for off topic.

I'll take my punishment, I was feeling feisty today.
