Yes, I am a globalist. And very opposed to isolationism.

Trump is not opposed to trade.
He's against trade deals that do not favour America.
Trump favours bilateral deals, not multination deals.
btw NAFTA and the TPP were much more than just 'free trade' deals.

And every other country is not in favor of deals that do not favor their country.

Thank god you are not in charge of negotiating trade deals for America.

I know its shocking. But, there are many countries.

Why are you pointing this out to me, is it a recent discovery for you?

I trust this administration to get the trade deals right, putting America first.

Donate your dollars to UNICEF if you feel you need to give Americas wealth away.

I am a Globalist.

I would put the best interest of the Global World first.

Sounds like a recipe for disaster. Who decides what is in the interest of the "Global World" (totally redundant name by the way)

Have you seen Pale Blue Dot?

That put's our pettiness into real perspective.

www.youtube.com...

How does a Pale blue dot help your beliefs.

I will go further than what it says. Each of us is statistically so insignificant it is ridiculous. In fact, the entire world, and heck galaxy that we exists in in this time frame is statistically so insignificant that we are but a speck of sand in the existence of things.

Nothing that could ever happen in our life times in this planet will change that, we will always be insignificant.

Therefore, why does anything you say matter? Somehow this insignificance means we should be globalists? That makes no sense.

If anything its a better argument for individualism, or nihilism. But for you to say basically, "We are all insignificant; so globalism" makes no sense.

I found this vid to be quite interesting, I think Nigel nails the reality of a few issues dead on. He starts at 1:07.

This is priceless! Very well said. I agree 100%

Nope. Britain has always had as sense of right and wrong. They also protested again the Vietnam War. It is a pity that the US took so long to learn and many Servicemen died as result!

Its ok.. The US lost more service members during WWII when Britain thought appeasement would work out just fine.

Your repeating this over and over won't make you or your agenda any more likeable. With you being a globalist and all, how many "refugees" do you currently house? So you fly to other nations to promote the gospel of globalism while feeding the poor and hungry?

Finally, someone said what I have been thinking for some time about this member and what they say.

The "because aliens" meme comes to mind. "We are insignificant, therefore, globalism".
