It is a picture of Merkers Salt Mine.

The Merkers area of the municipality is famous for its salt mine, which is now exploited as the Merkers Adventure Mines visitor attraction. Here large amounts of Nazi gold, and many stolen works of art were discovered by the United States Army in 1945. General Dwight D. Eisenhower himself went into the mine in April 1945 in order to examine the find. Though this is the worlds largest Potash mine, thousands of visitors annually visit the "World of White Gold"

Wikileaks never lost their legitimacy. Only when their leaks hurt the democrat party were they "illegitimized" by the MSM and the Press. They continue to expose leaked documents that show corruption in any government where leaks are coming from. (Wikileaks is a very GOOD thing. Just not for the democrat party at this time.

If you click on link "Vault 7" in original tweet, it links to stories and postings about the seed vault in the arctic circle. Although, that leads one to ask, why the picture of the German war loot "vault". I think the implication maybe that Vault 7 isn't actually a seed locker after all.

So there's a photo on WL Twitter showing a Vault covered in snow before the stock photo of SS.

It says where is Vault7, then the graphic you posted and says what is Vault 7.
