Trump questioned Obama's place of birth. Many people did. He is Barack HUSSEIN Obama. Many Americans were not comfortable and had doubts. Trump helped put that doubt to rest by having Obama release his long form birth certificate in 2011. Trump helped a divided house unite.

First you say he didnt, then you say he did, which is it? Stop changing your story

He has a chance to prove he's competent in the OO. That is all I give him.

I will not stand behind a manchild who tosses out impulsive insults like candy on Halloween. Just because you say "JUMP, ungrateful asshole!" does not mean I will say "OK! How high?" That's the difference between us & Russia. They expect the jumping of theirs, because the alternatives of not aren't pleasant.

Criticize yes. That's okay to do. No problems with that. But spreading around false rumors and saying he is illegitimate are not. They don't serve any purpose other than causing hatred, chaos, dividing the house, falling into trap of Russians.

What's the point of spreading around false rumors of the incoming president? Other than dividing the house. Russians don't do that. Germans don't do that. No one does that other than Americans who are falling for the Russians trap.

Ok obvious troll thread is obvious, and its the same member whose been banned for doing this before, his MO and his style are exactly the same

Removing myself from this thread its futile

He did not declare Obama a Kenyan the way John Lewis declared Trump illegitimate. He questioned Obama. Questioning is okay. Declaring without evidence is not and causes hatred.

Have you ever seen the people of any other country calling their incoming head of state illegitimate without evidence, spreading false rumors about him or her? No. Such acts are stupid and serve no other purpose than make the nation a laughing stock for the rest of the world.

I'm not Trump's spokes person. But enough is enough. Keep it within bounds and don't go overboard.

Do you have proof Putin locks up his political opponents? Who are they? What are their names? Russians don't emigrate to western countries. They know their government is just.

Pussy Riot and Boris Nemtsov

Apparently you were too young to read in 2008. Ever heard of Barack O'Bama? And by the way, the election of Trumnp has made us the laughing stock of the world, in case you haven't heard that either.

Like Trump did with Obama you mean? So it is ok for Trump to do that with others, but no one is allowed to dare criticise Trump!

Trump never said Obama was not born in the US. He just wanted Obama to produce his long form birth certificate to settle the doubt. Every American president has had European names until Obama came along. There was a lot of doubt, especially because his middle name is Hussein and his father and half brother Malik are both Muslims.

It is okay to criticize. It is okay to doubt. It is stepping over the line calling the incoming head of state illegitimate without any evidence to back it up.

It's like that in every country where people have too much time on their hands, they need their team to win, doesn't matter if it's a sport or an election.

It is funny though, it's like wishing the pilot of the plane you and everyone are on to crash the plane just to prove you are right about their lack of piloting skills!

(not YOU you, just the average person that cannot see past their own beliefs and feelings)

So if someone in your family is Muslim and you don't have a European name the first assumption is that you aren't American??
