I would imagine that a President can't pardon himself. Otherwise Nixon would have done it. The provision of an impeachment process implies that he doesn't have that power (because it would make impeachment permanently impossible).

There is plenty of evidence linking the Russians to the hacks. Whether you want to look at it or not is another matter, but claiming there is none is a lie.

It HAS been presented. There is even a thread with TONS of evidence linked in it. Again, you saying it doesn't exist doesn't make it true. Why don't you put in some effort and actually look for it?

A president can pardon himself actually. The only thing a pardon does not work on is impeachment and the Congress was in that process when Nixon resigned.

Yes they have. It's still classified, but it's CERTAINLY been presented to people within the government (if you thought that you deserved access to that information then you are a straight up fool). BUT it's not like you don't have access to information you can review because of this, because the independent investigator CrowdStrike posted their evidence too. So just stop lying to me. You haven't done your due diligence and you know it.

The crowdstrike source has come under question given their links to the intelligence community. This is the same group who said the RNC was hacked when it wasnt.

Its up there with the assertion that Guccifer hacked Clintons account when the FBI already stated Gucifer lied about hacking her account.

Even the Director of National Intelligence himself said there is no clear link to Russia.

It's quite obvious that no such evidence exists otherwise they would've presented it to the committee.

Elements within the deep state clearly have something to gain through pushing this "Russia evil" agenda. Those people need to go.

You are being selective while simultaneously moving the goal posts back on me (I notice you are conveniently dropping your "There is no evidence!" excuse; don't worry I didn't forget). Members of Congress HAVE been briefed on this info and even your source is just saying they are merely holding off on the briefing a House committee in order to collect all their information. It's not denying Russian involvement. So dishonest you are being.

Something to gain would be ensuring Clinton gets into office in order to end a probe and prosecution of people who sold out the country. Like Obama, and Clinton etc etc.

When Clinton had her rant backstage at the Commander in Chief forum. If Trump is elected we all hang.

No Congress has not been briefed. They scheduled a hearing and intelligence agencies refused to provide briefers. Since you are intentionally ignoring it, Obama already staed there was no signs of Russia hacking the elections. Then he claims Putin is directly involved, the CIA claims Russia / Putin are involved, the Director of National intelligence says no, there is no evidence to support that claim, Congress wants a briefing and intelligence says no.

They never briefed congress on russian involvement in the hacks and the election.

Julian Assange, whom I cant stand, said Russia is not their source. Its sad but I believe him over te current administration.
