no, actually I was referring to the fact that it was the C.I.A that intentionally or unintentionally gave bush bad intelligence analysis which lead bush to believe that saddam did have WMD.
They were completely wrong about saddam and WMD,now they are telling us "the Russians did it" perhaps they are intentionally or unintentionally wrong again.
