talking about changing states...they've found that on nano scale - in graphen tubes I think - the water is solid above its boiling point. Maybe we need to look into the nano world for some energy extracting membranes.

The best form are those which are basically transformers and demonstrated by people who don't know how to use ammeters and voltmeters.

There are an entire class of 'free energy machines' that depend on poor measurement techniques. You can spot them because they rely on pulsed power with sort of raggedy pulse generators that don't produce predictable results, so it's not like you can capture and analyze a representative pulse from input to output. In addition, the 'discoverer' will typically use an RMS measurement tool that can't deal with pulses, especially non-uniform ones, and deliver a meaningless but exciting measurement that PROVES!!11!! that their circuit is creating free energy. Bearden likes that one.

In addition, most of them require some sort of non-linear load, when coupled with pulsed power, it enables the huckster researcher to show nearly any result you'd like from the instrumentation. When asked why they don't just skip the nearly impossible job of analyzing every pulse individually and go for a calorimetric approach, they'll say 'it generates cold energy'.

a reply to: Bedlam

Well said sir
I actually have experience building a perpetual motion machine. It didnt work, of course, but hey the wanted me to build it, even though i told hm it wouldnt work. I hated taking the guys money, but he wouldnt listen to me and kept coming back.
So his device was wind powered, RED FLAG, and vertical squirel cage rotor would wind up a coil spring to max load, then dump the energy back into the system.

Thats very interesting info bedlam, thanks

There's no such thing as free energy although there can be relatively-cheap energy using advanced NPPs

India is under the crosshair of EU-NATO aggression. Either it takes steps to render the country strong and oligarch-free, or it will ultimately face a grim future.
If India wants to survive such upcoming aggression it has to proceed with a show of force, rather than a show of weakness.
Lift people out of poverty similarly to what China did during the past 20 years, stimulate/develop Indian national advanced modern industry capabilities also in terms of military capabilities.
Up to now India relied mostly on foreign supplies from Europe/NATO/US and from Russia for its defense. That's not a sign of power, it's a sign of weakness...

e.g. If Tejas first model is flawed, a big-ass country doesn't rush throwing it out the window to buy Rafale ... instead it points out the flaws and makes a new revisited design for a second Tejas model ...

Use NSA developed cyber weapons to break into BAE-MBDA and steal some of their secrets. They will respect India for that, and will be deterred, even though they will shout their British-humorous lungs out of their mouth on TV.
Believe the crap that "The Economist" writes, or fall for their dissuasive trickery and India will be destroyed by NATO ploys and by the corresponding response of other asian countries that will not sit there while NATO lands mumbai.

The threat is real, head-aching voices in the west are already stirring this plan.
