Maybe she will say they were saved due to an obscure YouTube video that few had seen.

You have a high ranking military member who leaves a folder with sensitive info open on his desk and gets fired.
Patraeus? Maybe you should review the facts of that case.

Not sure what you are referring to. I was thinking more like a bunch of low level fall guys went to jail instead maybe?

I dunno. It's all so crazy coincidental and chilling...

I'm going to vote on Tuesday but not for either of the two candidates. Then I'm going to go back to my life and try to forget this madness and all the crazy. All the creepy. All the disturbing. The only problem with just whistling past the grave yard like that is that all the spooks are still there, still scary, still haunting.

Well, I doubt whether most Americans will be fooled. The facts tend to show that America, is now run a bit like the house of Saudi, Everyone in the top jobs are linked and work not for Americans but for the ruling families. They don't have to do what they are told, because they already know.
Here we have a woman, who's husband and better half takes his holidays on the Lolita express. Who in the leaked e mails, has worrying sexual predilections, and might hinder her run for the most powerful office on earth, but was decided the media will downplay this because he was still popular. So Americans assume the position, you got what you deserved.

So where is the NYPD in this?

I guess it was all lies to help Trump. Not that she's not corrupt, there's plenty of emails documenting that, but child porn and child rings and all that was just a big alt-right/wikileaks fantasy designed to sway the election.

Now Comey is the bad guy. Again. Right?

Rigged. Right?

Yep - absolutely rigged.

This is based on the fact the FBI/DOJ read an element into the statute, intent, that is not required by the statute.

Got paid twice. Guess the first installment wasn't enough. Typical democrat buisness. Re-open the investigation, make people sweat, get paid again. Sounds about right.

Well, at least the FBI just saved 82 kids in a nationwide child trafficking round up, that proves there was nothing in the emails, right? Funny how that played out in unison.

What? Where is that info? Source? If true, that is quite a coincidence.

There are lots of things I remember, lots.

Just a few days ago I remember Chaffetz telling FOX that irrespective of her winning or loosing the election, all new records and documents they may find must be preserved, not destroyed and that there could be 2 years of investigations due to the mess she created while SoS.

It's not just about the here and now, it's the journey they've taken and how they've conducted themselves to reach their current status in the world that actually counts - because that same journey will continue beyond next Tuesday, taking the American public, and the world, with them.

The question now becomes: What journey do you want to take, given all the information you know?

If it wasn't for the absolute lubricity of the Clinton Cabal's
outer surfaces; I would take some solace in a fair percentage
of their potential wrongdoings enjoying NO statute of
limitations.

The journey is over in respect to at least the class struggle
anyway... in brief, it's rather a moot point what a privileged
individual is caught doing, nothing happens: just like Rome.

We plebs, conversely can be framed; filleted and smoked at will.
Call me kipper from now on. Forget the chips, bring crackers.

Boy, you should see the reviews on the FBI Facebook Page It's getting real deep, real fast!!!

O.M.G.!! I can't believe what some of these people are saying to the FBI!! They are probably on a list called "Potential Dissidents" by now. I wouldn't trust this FBI nor this DOJ for a single second. But, for now, we still have freedom of speech and some of the posted comments are on fire!

Didn't I tell you guys when you were through the moon over his letter and gloating to no end, that you were assuming?

I said, well what if he comes back with an all clear?, but you insisted that it all meant for certain that indictments were forthcoming with new revelations around every corner and that I and others were terribly mistaken for suggesting that there might have been nothing to it, with Comey simply covering his ass just in case it was later discovered, after the election, that indeed there was something in the emails that would rise to a level of significance that could lead to an indictment and had he kept it secret there'd be hell to pay, thus wishing only to retain the integrity of the renewed investigation.

I said, wouldn't it be ironic if in the end it was Trump and his supporters who would be howling at the moon and shaking their fists at the sky if Comey comes back before the election with an all-clear? (please don't hate me for saying any of this, please).

You said I was deluded - and that the only possible conclusion that could be drawn was that there was something terrible in those emails that would hang Hillary Clinton out to dry, and that it was just a matter of time before the FBI would make a raid and issue subpoenas and indictments and/or a recommendation along those lines, with a trial and jail for Hillary, for not following protocol on her emails.

This must be devastating.

My condolences, seriously.

I'm not going to jump up and down over this, but someone's got to point out the nature of the rhetoric and all manner of conjecture and speculation over the course of the last week or so, and how that compares to this latest announcement that there's nothing there that rises to the level of a crime or the knowing breach of National Security.

The lie told about Benghazi being due to a video. As in they couldn't have possibly gained Intel from her emails on that laptop.

But I guess we can't be too upset by the FBI failing in this task, they couldn't find enough on Al Capone to convict either. It was the IRS that got Capone.

Precisely so. "Intent" has nothing to do with the statute.
