Dunno, I just do; like walking or breathing. I simply concentrate / meditate, and music is pretty helpful too as it alters my mood to the proper state. It feels a bit like playing music, I need to focus on proper mood state / visualisation combinations.

Hi, Skid,

I'm really tired much of the time. But otherwise pretty good. Can't really complain, though. I'm not twenty anymore, after all. Should be able to sleep in a bit this weekend as we'll be heading to the cottage tomorrow afternoon with another load of boxes and stuff. That'll help. (Not the boxes. The sleeping in. )

Things are okay here, thanks. It's peaceful and the dogs are happy.

Not really a vacation. Need to head out there to move stuff from our flat here. Been doing it every weekend for a while now. So, because it's so quiet and peaceful there and winter's almost on us, we'll stay there for the whole weekend. Don't have the cottage so well set up yet for mid-winter stays. That'll be done next year when the place is all rebuilt and properly insulated etc.

So, this might be our last full weekend there for a while. Just depends. If we get lucky and it doesn't get too cold, might get in another couple weekends. But we usually get the first snow there around the second week of November.

Glad you're also having a more peaceful life. I recall it was pretty rough for you where you were for a while before. And it's so good you can have your girls (the dogs) with you. Must be a great feeling, just to have them with you and live a quieter life.

You know it is a conundrum, this search for one self. Deceptive in ways. So self-centered that we forget to be compassionate.
A life long trail that should all ways reveal something new. Other wise we are just going in circles.

I know conundrum. At times I get so lost in feelings for others, like when someone is in need of, well, whatever, and there is more than just one person needing, That I don't have the time, maybe, to look inside myself to see who I am. I get lost in the emotional plane... THEY seem more important ... To ME... Does that make sense? I LOVE That Image You posted!!!
