What if Assange really has been taken?

For all we know, wikileaks indeed has been compromised and have the new leaks been bollocks.
Just to keep up as if nothing has happened.

That's what I would do.

This must of started last night, because my 3 Boys, & myself, were having problems, starting around 7ish last night. None of us were able to get online, and if we did, it was so glitchy.....I tried getting on here, but the load time was too ridiculous. Definately had to be on my end.......

From Oct 19th

I left Julian after midnight. He is fit, well, sharp and in good spirits. WikiLeaks never reveals or comments upon its sources, but as I published before a fortnight ago, I can tell you with 100% certainty that it is not any Russian state actor or proxy that gave the Democratic National Committee and Podesta material to WikiLeaks. The claim is nonsense. Journalists are also publishing that these were obtained by “hacking” with no evidence that this was the method used to obtain them.

Assange is doing just fine as of 2 days ago according to Craig Murray

We live in an amazing time of blatant government corruption and control.

OK for Wikileaks to hack/expose government/people?

But, not OK for government/people to hack/expose Wikileaks?

Control/corruption seems to be selective.

For what it's worth, this article is from August 19:

Wikileaks Has Morphed from Journalism Hotshot to Malware Hub

The article talks about WikiLeaks originally starting out with MSM partners like "The Guardian", "Der Spiegel", and "The New York Times" who among other things vetted and redacted portions of material on the site. According to the article the relationship between Assange and his MSM partners "soured" over Assange wanting more transparency.

According to the article, "WikiLeaks tenor had changed" as of July 19, for example failing to redact personal details in emails and no longer asking for help on twitter in the vetting of leaks. (Apparently it's already lost/refused any help from the MSM in the vetting/redacting of leaks as well as substantial financial support)

So in part, WikiLeaks just doesn't have or isn't availing itself of the resources they used to have for vetting, redacting, and removing of malware from the leaks and at least some of the malware people are describing is coming from email attachments that were uploaded along with the leaks.

I probably haven't done the article justice, I'd say it's worth a read.

another thread, another BS of yours about wikileaks. you really do hate them.

but just to clarify, just as it was clarified to you before: wikileaks doesn't hack.
no matter how many times you'll repeat that lie, it won't become the truth.

I saw somewhere Department of Homeland Security is looking into it. The link above includes some of the sites affected.

Doesn't the UN now have jurisdiction over Domains??

I heard something interesting last night. I was listening to Larry Nichols talk to Alex Jones, and Larry does not believe Ecuador cut WikiLeaks internet. He is convinced it was the first example of the UN denying a domain.

I don't know but it was something I'll keep filed away in my mind.

It's easy to feel paranoid in this world.

I think the Dept. of Homeland Security and Dyn, the domain server being effected, should first check with the UN as to why Dyn is experiencing a massive DDoS attack.

Thanks. I expected that. I kept reloading and finally got through. The usual animated area at the top of the page is frozen but the tickers, if that's the right word, at the bottom are working fine.

I snipped out a bit of it: Norse

Regarding ownership of IANA:

The contract regarding the IANA stewardship functions between ICANN and the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) of the United States Department of Commerce ended on October 1, 2016, formally transitioning the functions to the global multi-stakeholder community.
