MetroCare Home Services and T&M Protection Service, what do they have in common?

Before I get in to the details of the thread, I would like to extend my thanks to ATS members MotherMayEye and IAMTAT for uncovering this information. IAMTAT’s excellent thread regarding MetroCare Home Services and what MotherMayEye discovered served as the impetus behind this thread and provided what will be the direction this thread is to take.

In IAMTAT’s thread the suggestion was made to begin a new thread with this information and originally MME had agreed to write that OP, but due to extenuating circumstances she has asked me to perform that duty.

I would start out by saying that thus far, my contribution to this aspect of the story has been minimal and I will be leaning heavily upon MME’s and TAT’s posts in that thread for this OP; full credit to them for the portions of this OP for which they were responsible.

Also, this will likely be a multi-part OP, so please hold off on responding until I have all parts posted.



While a great deal of attention has been focused upon Julian Assange and his appearance that was cancelled to be replaced by a video conferenced statement and book shilling, there has been a tremendous amount of information discovered surrounding MetroCare Home Services and its relationship T&M Protection Services.

The Background

A brief review for any who may not be familiar with the thread from which this one springs.

During the 9/11 memorial service, Hillary Clinton experienced a “medical episode,” and collapsed.



Rather than being taken to a hospital, it was reported that she went to Chelsea’s apartment.

ATS member IAMTAT thought this was odd and upon searching, discovered the fact that MetroCare Home Services shared that address at one point in time in the past and posted this thread.

Snopes has posted an article “debunking,” the MetroCare connection; more on this later on.

Without rehashing everything in TAT’s thread, the important points to consider are as follows:

Under William Schnell, shareholder, there are other Trusts with Robert Silbering as Trustee. They are Brooklyn CHHA Grantor Trust, Family Aides Grantor Trust, Metrocare Grantor Trust and Metrocare gives Grantor Trust.

To recap, the CEO of MetroCare, Robert H. Silbering (aka AND d/b/a Robert S. Silbering and Robert Silberiny) doesn't appear to have any involvement in administering healthcare, at all.

He was the former NY Special Narcotics Prosecutor, who donated money to an Arkansas Senator who happens to be brothers with the current Governor of Arkansas, Asa Hutchinson. And Asa Hutchinson played yet another role in burying an investigation into narcotics trafficking out of the Mena airport...

The transaction was originally entered into on October 1, 2002, but was delayed due to legal difficulties surrounding William Schnell, the sole shareholder of Family Aides. Through a trust agreement, the court appointed Robert Silbering as and granted him legal authority over Family Aides.

They say the firm’s services can run into the tens of thousands of dollars. It’s run partly by the former Secret Service agent who was in charge of her parents’ protective detail when her father was president and then when her mother was in the Senate.

As we can see from the above, T&M has some rather exclusive clientele and, with the background of its key leadership people, has access to resources not many could call upon.

Referring Back to MetroCare for a moment, we also see more signs of inconsistent information being given out:

I just called the number and was tranfered through an automated system. A woman answered the phone and I was told that the offices were closed and I would have to call back in the morning, but I did ask if they were located at 21 E 26th street and she said yes.

But they said they moved out in 2015, so why would she say yes?

The first number we know about goes to an answering service with a recording. The second number takes you to another answering service that actually has people to assist and not a recording.

The woman I talked to laughed at me when I asked about Metrocare because she said they have been closed since 2009. Apparently she has taken quite a few calls today in regards to this topic.

Snopes published a link to the above $200/mo. lease for office equipment to prove that Metrocare was occupying Chelsea's condo back in 1991.

But as you pointed out, Metrocare Home Services did not exist until 1993.

Not only did Snopes fail to fact-check the lease they published, but they completely failed to mention that, hey, the CEO of Metrocare also happens to be the Chief Advisor to the CEO of the Hillary campaign's preferred private intelligence & security firm, T&M Protection Services.

Snopes labeled this 'rumor' as FALSE without doing any due diligence on uncovering major important facts that link Metrocare to the Hillary campaign through Robert Silbering and T&M.

Yesterday, I sent Snopes this information. So far...they have not updated their article to include it. I don't expect they will.

And, if they do not, Snopes has exposed itself as an unethical disinfo source that claims to be a political/media watchdog. Snopes claims to be dedicated to reporting the truth and fact-checking, but they left some very significant facts out of their 'debunking.'

Snopes has been debunked.

T&M staff have the precise resources to plant a bogus $200/mo. lease for office equipment from 1991 in the city register. I think they are the prime suspects.

And if T&M did something like that, what else do these private intelligence & security firms presidential campaigns contract with do to help rewrite history? What other official-looking documents might they have invented, in the past?

We are to believe that the campaigns outsource to these private intelligence & security firms to spare the Secret Service from being stretched too thin.

But is that really the (only) reason?

Also, below is a snapshot of Metrocare Home Services entry in the NYS Corporate Entity database. I can't link directly to the record. At the bottom, you'll notice the date that the company was renamed 'Metrocare Home Services:' 1993.

From 1988 to 1993 the company was named 'Family Aides Metropolitan Services, Inc.'

If Metrocare Home Services didn't even exist in 1991, why the heII does that 1991 lease exist in the NYC city register?

Precisely! This private security firm has ties to some of the biggest money there is and to see that those who utilize their services are also some of those who would lead our country, it is easy to see how such "leaders," could be kpet in check if ever any of them were to think about, "going off the reservation."

They are declaring your post 'false,' but it turns out there is far more reason to believe you were correct, than not. I wonder if they avoid sourcing 'rumors' when they know they intend to flat-out lie about the accuracy of the source of the 'rumor.'

(I hate calling it a rumor, btw. Really, you just found good info and asked ATS the questions you had about the info.)

Snopes has messed up a few times, but this is really a "slap in the face" to ATS.

First of all, I just hope ATSers and lurkers take the time and patience to examine this intense research jAc, MME, and TAT, and others have done. It is very much appreciated, and the time invested to untangle this web and put this puzzle together, hopefully, will be well worth the effort.

T&M is the "cleaner". They even mention it as a service they perform. I don't think they are talking about janitorial services either.

Now, back to assembling the "5000 piece puzzle" so we can get to the Big Picture.

I don't believe anyone has looked into that list of T&M Israel acquired/affiliated Israeli security agencies...but I'll bet they'd yield some interesting connections.

We really just finally put this together in the last week.

No one has really even begun to dig into T&M and their Israel subsidiary. There's just so much out there to wonder about and explore. I so hope other people, like you, have already started googling.

I have to say, I found this story about a T&M guy who accidentally killed another T&M guy pretty interesting:

A worker for the T&M Protection company was at the wheel of a pickup truck being used as a "barrier vehicle" to block road access to the stock exchange just before 1:30 p.m., authorities said. He was moving the truck forward to allow a vehicle to pass when he suddenly accelerated and slammed into a 70-year-old man eating lunch while standing on the sidewalk.

The man, identified as Sorel Deps-Medina of Queens, also worked for T&M Protection, the company confirmed. It wasn't clear if he and the driver knew each other.

As MME said above, almost all of this came together in the last week or so. It had become somewhat buried in TAT's original thread and several of us were urging her to author a new thread so it would get more exposure as oftentimes once a thread reaches a certain length, people tend to skip over them.

Also as noted, we have barely scratched the surface of all of the possible connections T&M may provide.

The story MME highlights about one T&M employee being run over by another is but one example. I look forward to others and hope to have some further input myself on this.

Perhaps he used his clerk position in the Attorney General's office to 'help' T&M with something.
