Even after all the debunking, we shouldn't completely discard the possibility that there was a small medical team at the ready in the apartment. Is there footage of Hillary going into the building? Did she go in through the main entrance or through the underground car park, out of view?

The building opens on two streets. E. 25th. & E. 26th. easy to enter unseen. There is also a doorman to keep press and the riff-raff out.

BTW: ALL Hillary needs is to have the residence 'registered' as a medical care facility...and use her own entourage of private doctors.

The Daily Mail UK article is from 2013. The People piece is from 2014. I'd guess People took the pictures from the Douglas Elliman site as the article says that she's "just plopped down" the down payment on the apartment (which also mentions that Chelsea Clinton will be her neighbor).

Other problems with your theory:

The dates. The apartment was purchased in 2013. Are you now saying that Clinton needed a secret medical facility for 3 years for this secret illness of hers?

The Medcare offices were on the 4th floor, Chelsea's apartment is on the 2nd floor.

Going to her daughter's apartment in her black painted ambulance after passing out in public like a sack of potatoes.....and people think she isn't hiding something about her health?

If she would hide a server that was used for highly illegal activities that she never wanted to be known to the public, she will hide medical care facilities and anything else she doesn't want public.

They probably twist a wall painting and get elevatored down to the evil lair.
