Does anyone know who owns the building and if the owner is linked to Clinton / Clinton Foundation / Bill?

I believe Mitchell Holdings LLC owns the building, but I have no idea if they have any connection to the Clinton Foundation.

The federal code listed in the suit, 28 USC 1331, codifies federal jurisdiction in certain civil matters -

The docket number denotes NYED - which is the Federal Courts for the Eastern District of NY which includes New York City area -

The civil suit is from 2008 and not really sure what it entails. In the entries it says a jury trial was demanded. Your fun fact of the day - the 7th amendment provides for a jury trial in civil actions (federal) and is the only amendment not applied to the states.

It says that the plaintiff failed to show up and the defendant (Metrocare Home Services) had the matter thrown out of court. Why would someone go to the trouble of suing someone only to not show up at court ... :/

Hopefully the plaintiff didnt have an "unfortunate accident"

This is her personal business. This has nothing to do with you or your family's health. This is why she must go to such drastic measures to care for herself. She is a human. A living breathing person.

Hillary may be unwell but she's at a great age to run a country. Several leaders have led while I'll and some even led from their beds. If she's leaving thus earth anytime soon there is no reason why we can't use her brilliance until then.

Now I argued that Bernie Sanders was too old. I mean that in more ways than one. I don't understand how he caught the attention of so many young people in this country. Maybe it was the free college thing - I don't know but, other than that his whole campaign was so 20 years ago. Promises, promises, promises. Big ones. Promises that realists know he cannot keep. Same can be said for Donald. If he builds this wall, WE ARE PAYING FOR IT. Mexico wants nothing to do with it. Why should they pay for it? We should at least meet them halfway. Did Mexico ask for a wall? I'm seriously asking someone to point me to text or video that suggests Mexico wanted a wall.

Hillary is all we have at this time. She made a mistake. A huge one. She took her work home. She tried too hard. That's all I get from the email scandal. She made a bad call on the Benghazi thing. She lost her dear friend in the process. She probably loses a lot of sleep over that. Yet the American people still insist on attacking her. We also must remember that presidents have made even worse decisions that cost the lives of many American people. Not just a few. Leaders are not perfect. She had our best interest at heart. At least we can say she was trying to fight for us when she made these mistakes. Donald on the other hand has scammed people, and cheated the country by abusing our tax system. Hillary is still the more viable candidate. She has been at the table with world leaders who trust her judgement.

She should be able to tend to her health in private with her family.

What would you do? Admit it? That's easy to say until it's you on the hot seat. If you think for one second that Hillary is the most dishonest person trying to run this country you are kidding yourself. We force her to lie. By exaggerating on her mistakes, dragging her through the mud - like we forgot about George Bush who has done the unforgivable - highlighting her mistakes instead of celebrating her achievements.

If I were her, I'd lie too. Out of fear. The American people are scary folks. Who wants to go down in history for getting caught doing what everybody else is getting away with. Oh? You think Hillary came up with the personal server idea on her own? God bless us. 😢
